I was happy with the way they kept me updated, and communicated on my behalf.

We used RG Law when we moved around years ago, so decided to use them again on our recent (and hopefully final) move. They were very efficient and communicated clearly throughout the process. Our contact, Laura Wiseman was excellent, and really helped to get our move over the line, despite our purchasers conveyancers poor communication and ability to work to agreed timeliness.

As a local independent agent, I couldn't recommend Beth more. The working relationship we have built which works with a high level of efficiency is one of the major factors in my sales progression going smoothly which is not only great for my clients but also myself. Truly second to none!

We transferred over to RG law after finding out a few months in to selling and purchasing homes, our previous solicitor couldn’t represent us in our onward purchase. This meant in order to not lose momentum in the chain we needed someone diligent, efficient and an excellent communicator- all traits I would use to describe Laura at RG law. She is thorough and kind. Supportive and informative. A truly lovely person, the only downside of our lovely new home is not having an excuse to talk to Laura anymore

We have just used RG Law to both sell our old house and purchase our new one. Moving house is a stressful time, especially when you are moving 130 miles away like we just have. However Bethany and her team took that stress away completely. Her communication was second to none, all email enquiries were answered promptly and most importantly with the answers to our questions. She worked tirelessly during the last few days to get the process completed (exchange and completion) to our timescale, even with the tricky buyers that we had. Even changing her days around so that she was able to keep us up-to-date date via the phone on moving day.

Once again I can't rate RG Law and Bethany highly enough, along with Will, Calvin and Hannah who assisted her.

According to the previous post, to complain about their service about the post-completion service.
You may have a good experience with the pre-completion service because they need to get paid. But the post-completion service is extremely terrible and H.Meek is handling my case
- Actually, they have no response at all no matter how many times you chase by email. They will only respond once I make a comment on social media including Trustpilot.
- Even they respond. But just like “Sorry, sorry! We are working on it and will get back in 5days” (Finally nothing happened, The last response was Jan 19, 2026; Nov 12, 2025; Oct 17, 2025)
- My case has been pending to settle for more than 3 yrs because the information on the official document provided by RG Law was incorrect. Can’t you imagine!

We would like to say a huge thank you to Loren and Haron for all their hard work and support during our home purchase.
This was not an easy or quick process and it took much longer than expected, but throughout the whole journey they remained professional, patient and very supportive.
They kept us informed, explained everything clearly and, most importantly, saw the case through to the very end.
