Richer Sounds - Cheltenham Bewertungen 

Bought 2 TV,s used the experience room in Cheltenham shop, which led us to realise we could go with bigger TV's.

Couldn’t be happier with the service at richer sounds, arrived at the store at 4.30ish, by 4.0 pm the next day my hi fi arrived, all worked well, better than well in fact . Got to recommend the musical fidelity b1xi amp, serious bit of kit! Buy it!!!

Jason was brilliants he explained to me everything I asked him and took his time and make me welcome this is my third tv from Cheltenham branch.

Richard spent an hour with us answering all of our questions and giving advice would not have received this quality time from the larger TV sellers

I ordered a 24inch Sharpe TV on line, but it didn't work very well. After talking to Richard in the Cheltenham Branch, i returned the Sharpe TV and ordered an LG 24inch TV, this was not in stock. Within the week i had received the TV - great service - many thanks

The staff I spoke with at both Kingston upon Thames 'Carl' and Cheltenham store 'Jason' were very helpful. I found what I wanted and as with previous buys from Richersounds got a great deal.

Very good I wanted a new CD player but ordered the Amp by mistake (similar codes) took it back to the store in Cheltenham. They sorted it all out, got the rebate from Paypal and a few days later the new CD player arrived and it works perfectly

Another hassle-free purchase from Richer Sounds! My questions were answered by Luke, and I was guided through the purchase and delivery options so I knew exactly what to expect. The 0% finance procedure was carried out whilst I was in the shop, and everything was signed and sealed before I left. Delivery was as scheduled and I had the TV up and running with all my peripherals within a couple of days. Really happy with the TV, and the service from start to finish!

Excellent technical advice but when it came to discussing wall mounting I was told that the wall bracket for my current 85" tv would be sufficient.
Once delivered it became clear that the Hisense 100" tv has a completely different mounting configuration and I had to have 2 XL Brackets installed because of the spacing of the fixings in the rear of the TV. This wasn't explained fully and cost me an extra £300 to employ a tv instalation expert. I contacted several companies to wall mount the tv and 4 flatly refused as they did not supply brackets big enough. Very frustrating. However Jason the store Manager in Cheltenham couldn't of been more helpful with his expertise advice and the problem was dealt with professionally and expertly. Thanks to Jason.

I was home your drive took a photo of my door but never rang the door bell I had to cancel a lunch invitation to be in to receive the parcel and the driver could not not be bothered to ring the door bell what good is taking a pictures that proves nothing I would like them to deliver between 9 - 12 Monday 19 January
