Went looking for headphones for my son's 18th birthday present and the manager allowed him to trial a couple of pairs in the demo room. One he had already tried somewhere else but was needed as a reference to the other which we hadn't seen anywhere else on display.
It helped him opt for a model not out but available, which upon checking was price matched on the spot to another retailer, no quibble.
Very professional and keeps Richer Sounds somewhere I will always check out and visit when tv and hifi needs arise.

Great people, great products, great service

I saw they had the headphones I was looking for in stock & they couldn’t have been kinder and more helpful with answering any questions I had. Cans came the next day. Brilliant!

The instructions with my Freesat box were minimal and I’ve spent the last few days wrestling with it - still can’t get it to consistently record two programmes at once. Hoping I can eventually figure it out without having to bother the shop staff (who were really helpful when I bought it).

Purchased a 55 inch tv from steve gave me great advice made everything very easy. This was on Friday, 18 hours later it was delivered and setup have to say was a great purchase delivery and result so happy just popped into the store to personally thank him but unfortunately he was not in today, Richer sounds have great staff, see you again

Elliot listened to my request for a new TV, made a few suggestions, followed up and the TV arrived promptly the next day.

I had a really great experience at this shop! So friendly and helpful, taking their time to find exactly what I needed — my cartridge, Cambridge gear, and a cable. They patiently explained everything and answered all my questions, making the whole experience enjoyable and stress-free. Felt really cool walking out with everything sorted. Highly recommend!

Knowledgeable, friendly staff

Excellent service. Ordered over the phone and picked up from the store an hour later. They added carrying handles to the box which made my journey back on the tube more comfortable. My son was delighted with the turntable and has started his journey into the world of vinyl albums.

I appreciate Richer Sounds offering me a refund/exchange when a product wasn’t performing as expected. Full marks for their service.

The manager took my idea or plan, educated me & proved he had that special item, right up my street, happy purchase & will revisit again.

As usual I received exemplary service from Richer Sounds. I wasn’t quite happy with some speakers I had bought so they exchanged them for some other ones with no hesitation. They also made it really easy for me to do this via dpd. If only all companies took customer service so seriously.
