Great service and quick delivery
I was after a specific hifi stand which I had ordered direct from the manufacturer but they kept pushing the delivery date back. Found the same stand at Richer Sounds and went to my local store. The shop staff were very helpful, ordered up the item from their warehouse and had it delivered the next day. Very happy with service and speed of delivery.

Fantastic service!
Such a great experience. Daniel was so helpful and knowledgable. Helped us to find the perfect turntable, amp and speakers. Took lots of time to answer questions and give us lots so attention. Phoned afterwards and delivery was so quick. Highly recommended.

Even though we were shopping with a lower budget, the care, thought and customer service we received was exemplary! Daniel could not have been more friendly and kind - he made sure that he fully understood our requirements (and budget) before making the best recommendation for us.
