I've been using Richer Sounds for over 20 years. They are always worth checking for good deals on quality products and I often go into my nearest store to talk to the staff about what I'm interested in and then buy there or order on line. My latest purchase is a Ruark RS3 which wasn't my first choice but after doing some research and listening to one in store I decided that was the one to get.

Have ordered from RS before & no issues.
However, I ordered the item and paid extra postage for next day delivery on Tuesday for a birthday present on Thursday 30th July.
Apparently a delivery was attempted, people were in the house, but even so it would have fitted through the letter box.
No notifications that a delivery had been attempted, I had to follow it up.
It was delivered the next day. Wrapped in some bubble wrap inside a plastic bag.
The box was not in good condition, dog eared. Not ideal for a birthday gift from a daughter.
Price is good.

The sound bar was delivered on time the item was well packed with no damage, The item took a little bit of time setting up but used copilot and is now working great

As usual , product arrives on time and well wrapped.

Delivery cancelled without notice waited till 7,30 pm tried to call but delivery company office was closed later that evening I had message to say that it was cancelled and why it’s was cancelled I know people are more important than a tv but a message would of been helpful

Good price with free delivery and ease of ordering online. Speedy delivery and communications all the way. Top service!

As always, a good online shopping experience. Great range of products, stock of what I wanted and prompt delivery. Only improvement would be a shop nearer where I live!

Ordered a refurbished tv online on a Sunday afternoon and the tv arrived by Monday lunchtime. Online ordering was easy, as was payment. The tv arrived well packaged and would pass as a brand new tv. I don’t leave reviews often but for service and value for money Richer Sounds deserves one.

Richer sounds have been genuinely amazing with their customer service and helping us through a repair/replacement for our tv, I really recommend them! They have been great!

The process of buying my new device was seamless.

The original TV had a small fault with the screen, I contacted Richer sounds and they swapped the TV out with out issue. It was unfortunate the original TV was faulty but the post sales care and return and replacemnet was second to none. Superb

The service was great as always. And RS did honour their price guarantee when I found the same tv cheaper at John Lewis.
My only suggestion for improvement is making the web site run smoother and quicker, it seems to struggle at times, maybe volume of users? (Im not an IT guy).
