I had been learning to drive and had several lessons. My instructor refused to pick me up from my home address despite me being told initially that that is where I’d be picked up resulting in me having to cycle 15 minutes to my pick up location. I had to cancel my last lesson as I fell off my bike on the way to the lesson in the rain. I communicated this with the instructor immediately and was told I had to pay the full cost of the lesson despite circumstances completely out my control.

I paid half the cost and asked to rearrange only to be ignored for over a week. After having a very rude and aggressive conversation with Robbie over the phone I was essentially told a bunch of lies as to why my slot had been given to someone else.

Rob Hopkins is an amazing and very thorough instructor, very friendly person who teaches to a standard above test quality and has an incredible pass rate, I would more than recommend him to anyone that is looking to learn to drive.

8th July is when I drove a car for the very first time and now just one and a half months later on August 23rd I've passed my driving test and got my license. This is mostly in part due to Shahidul who has been an excellent driving instructor. He always made the most of every lesson teaching me as much as he could. He was also extremely clear in what he was teaching and is terrific at explaining everything. I cannot recommend Shahidul enough to you guys. Thank you for everything Shahid!

Worst customer service skills ever after days of calling and ignored text messages to do with payment issues Robbie responded with a attitude which didn’t make sense because I was being nice the whole time

Roshan was an incredible instructor and I had a great time learning from him as well as passing first time! Would highly recommend and have no complaints whatsoever will definitely recommend to family and friends.

Steve was a fantastic Instructor teaching me how to drive an Automatic car. His attention to detail & learning plan helped me pass my test first time. You are lucky if you get him as an instructor.

Mr Shahidul is very efficient. His driving session are very good, highly recommend.

Passed my test first time learning automatic with Steve. Taught me everything I need to know to drive safely on the road, and was always making sure I was comfortable with each thing before moving onto something else.

My instructor Roshan Ali was great I cannot recommend him enough. Coming into my lessons I’d previously failed a test off the back of an intensive driving course and had 1 years off driving. Roshan helped to build my confidence in my driving again slowly and patiently. He has a great calming nature while also pushing you to constantly improve. He always tries to make what you need fit with him and is very reliable always on time. Most of all he’s a lovely friendly guy who is very easy to get along with and will put anyone at ease with learning to drive.

Really unimpressed so far. I booked the introductory offer for my partner (who has some experience as a learner driver but has not driven for 7 years) and it took us days of trying to call the driving school to actually get an appointment. They're happy to take your money, they look at your booking details but they don't contact you. You have to chase them to actually get what you paid for. The man we spoke to was initially quite rude because he claimed the offer was only for new drivers- it says new and novice drivers. I would consider someone who never took their test and hasn't been in a car for 7 years to be a novice in need of a refresher lesson to see where they're at.

Seems like Robbie's wants you to pay their very expensive hourly rates right off the bat before you even get a feel for their instructors, if you have even a teeny bit of experience.

We should not have had to constantly call and message just to get what we paid for. The fact that the man confirmed he'd read the booking and had chosen to ignore us is completely disrespectful.

Roshan is wonderful! As someone who isn’t naturally confident behind the wheel, I was quite anxious about taking driving lessons. However, Roshan’s patience, positivity, and encouragement helped me pass my driving test on my first attempt! I highly recommend him. He’s reliable, genuinely cares for his students, and wants them to succeed.
