I am 44, and I had extensions for over 1 year, sewn in and lost chunks of my hair. Probably because of the extensions and my age...I was devastated because I had thick hair in previous years. I started routine wellness 6 months ago and my hair is even better than I remember shiny and thicker! I receive compliments all the time. Best Shampoo and Conditioner ive used..its life changing

I have had thin and fine hair all my life and tried many products with no imprivement. I read a review and thought Routine Wellness might be worth a try. After a few washes, I began to think that my hair looked thicker. On my next visit to my hairdresser, she asked me what I had been using as my hair was definitely thicker. She remarks on it each time I go now, so I am definitely going to keep using it, even if I have to get it from USA (I live in England). So big ‘Thank you’ to Routine Wellness that at the age of 78 I can feel some pride in my hair at last!

has noticeably made a difference in how shiny & healthy my hair is now. it appears fuller and thicker in just a couple months. Will definitely continue using it.

I have thinning hair. I saw thousands of positive reviews for this shampoo on Facebook so I ordered it. It wasn’t cheap. My hair is dry and I dye it. This shampoo made my hair like a straw mop. Absolutely dry and unmanageable. Couldn’t even run a comb through it. I’ve now gone back to my regular shampoo but I’m really upset with my experience with Routine shampoo & conditioner. I feel scammed.

Awful. Used consistently for 2 months now, my hair is shedding more, and scalp is now itchy with thick with clumpy dandruff. Worst product I've tried, if it wasn't outside of the 30 day money back i would be asking for a refund. Don't waste your money - it has ruined my already delicate hair.

I started using this shampoo & conditioner because my hair was falling out by the handful., I have been using this for around 3-4 months & already my hairdresser has mentioned the difference, whilst my hair is fine it’s no longer thin & no more patches either, I highly recommend these products. I was sceptical but thought I’d give the shampoo and conditioner a go. It’s great and it’s great the fact there’s no harmful chemicals in the products. I had been using head and shoulders for years for my dandruff but this shampoo works brilliantly and is all natural. I love it

My hair was falling out after major surgery. I came across Routine Wellness by chance and decided to give it a try. I must admit I was sceptical. Well I couldn’t believe the difference in such a short time. Shiny and much thicker.

I was at the end of my rope with my itchy scalp that is caused by an autoimmune disease. I was on a reddit forum and a couple of people recommended Routine to help. It has made such a difference! I don't wake up four times a night with the itching! If it also helps strengthen and regrow my hair then that is an added bonus!

Purchased this shampoo and conditioner hoping it would help me.
It has worked wonders as i feel my hair is thicker looking and sits lot better.
I only use if twice per week and if my hair looks good I feel good.

My hair stopped shedding so much. I used to shed handfuls of hair. Now only a strand or two. I have new growth coming and my hair is soft and easy to manage after every shampoo!!! I highly recommend Routine shampoo and conditioner to anyone with thinning and excessive shedding hair. I use the Rose formula!

Hi I bought this as like many women i was shedding hair fast, i have fine naturally curly/wavy hair and it always looked ok after washing and styling however after a day the frizz would come back my hair felt and looked awful, i waited about 2 weeks for my Routine to arrive but oh so worth the wait, i honestly noticed a difference in condition and my scalp felt deeply cleansed after the first use, i actually look forward to washing my hair, day two after washing my hair and it still felt fabulous so i washed it anyway😁 will definitely be buying more, Thank you Routine this is the best

I began using this product over 6 months ago to aid with a hair loss problem. Having checked with a dermatologist who found no chemical reason, I read ABOUT THIS PRODUCT AND GAVE IT A TRY. Wanted to give it a fair try. It has done nothing to help and my scalp is showing through my once very thick head of hair. This product has had no effect at saving or restoring my hair.

I expect this shampoo is good for some people, but Not others. After about a month using this shampoo and seeing no difference, I started noticing strange little bumps on my scalp. I did an online search and discovered that these bumps were "clogged sebum plugs" which were in fact causing hair loss if anything. I quote" Routine shampoo cannot successfully prevent hair loss if it is causing sebum plugs to form on your scalp. In fact allowing these plugs to persist can actively undermine any anti-hair loss benefits the shampoo claims to offer." I now have to find a clarifying shampoo to undo the damage, which is now visible.
The company that makes this product SHOULD HAVE A WARNING that this may happen and to stop using the shampoo immediately if it does.

Used 11.10.25 until now 19.6.26. I have photos every wash of how much hair is shed. There has been no improvement 'what so ever' this shampoo has no benefits, in fact its worse than others as I strips you hair into a tangle. Finish these bottles and move on. I now use saw palmetto oil mixed with tea tree and rosemary oils after each wash as a DHT blocker and to moisturise and enrich then as im curly a keratin tich mouse to style. Routine lie. Fact.

This shampoo & conditioner made my hair shed. It was terrible I had to stop using this expensive shampoo which advertised thicker hair. I'm very disappointed plus out $49 + tax. This is so unfair. I'm 78 years old got the set in may and from day 1 my hair was shedding. Never again you don't have very good reviews on your product.

This is the most inaccurate false advertisement this shampoo is so gross and expensive tried it once had to rewash my hair and throw out it was foul it wasn’t a coconut smell with vanilla that’s for sure don’t waste your money

Bought the Rose Hips shampoo and conditioner back in January on Amazon, and absolutely loved it. Still do but since I believe to have developed an allergy to these products unfortunately. Bought some Neutrogena shampoo to get rid of any residue built on my scalp as every week I would have a sore or a pimple. Such a shame as my hair felt it had more volume and didn’t strip the hairdye either. As for the shedding,each week is different, some weeks is more and some weeks is less shedding, probably depending more by fluctuating hormones at 51, as opposed to the products. Also like others here I have noticed that the original shine has been replaced by a drier look, which is regrettable. Want to finish the products but worry that I shouldn’t as my body seems to reject them…😓😭

I've used it a couple of times and it feels really nice and my mum said the same . I did get charged 3 months later for another set as I didn't realize I had chosen ship out every 3 months on the first order .so be careful if you only want it once .The one without scent is the best the conditioner is amazing makes my hair so soft .Only complaint it makes the hair frizzy .

After purchasing, my credit card details were taken and I had to cancel that as someone was trying to use it. This was the only time it had been used - so doubt a coincidence. Also, my hair began MASSIVELY shedding after using this product so will return to my original product that worked. Wouldn't trust this company at all.
