Banana island trip & stay arranged by royal regies as per our convenience and with in affordable budget.Experience during stay was top class.
Booking customer service provided by Royal Regies officer Mr.Saad Shaik was excellent and timely responded for our queries

do not waste your money, they have poor service! you will pay for almost nothing but headache.they are good during selling promises but when you will avail your package. you need to pay for additional and its very hard to communicate with them. you send email, call them but no response. its like begging for them to give you the travel you pay for.

I am a legit member check i purchase October 2018 valid until 2021 Membership No. 7692 5734 4720 2057.
until now only welcome package we experience. all requested hotels encounter problems and as you mention 3 star hotel all over the world but in my own country its not included.
Worst service :'(
response will take minimum 3 follow ups and call and you need to wait for days....

It's good experience to get ticket booked thru them. Mr Shaikh Saad is having lots of patience to understand customer requirements and do needful.
It can be further improvised either allowing customer to seat with them on terminal or they can have on line terminal in meeting room to make booking faster.

Royal Regis Travel & Tours is a one-stop solution for all types of travel needs, may it be air tickets, hotel bookings visa services or fun and leisure. My recent experience with them through Mr. Saad was memorable, where he managed and coordinated for Dhow cruise on my wife's birthday. It was great to see that the Dhow was decorated with balloons and other things. It was a nice and memorable time to spend there on the Dhow with family. Also upon asking for a New year event, he promptly reverted with a positive reply and offered entry passes for my family to enjoy the New Year event.

I am Dr subodh Kumar a member of royal Regis since 1 year , we got the excellent experience from royal regis, recently we stayed in Radission blue in Yas Island and enjoyed the world Ferrari. It was amazing experience which provided by Royal regis, We also so many concerts in Dubai with free passes, they given welcome tour package, and many more which was very excellent experience , we are now planning to go Europe tour too.
