Don’t get into membership trap. They get money and don’t provide service.
One of the cheapest company in UAE. Only work for few customers and all other members they make fool. Don’t fall into their membership trap. I always have worst experiences with them.

I can’t put less than 1 star.
Any one received the refund money from Royal Regis so far? If so what is the time they took? Now I am waiting since last 75 days. Please let me know.

Beware of this company!!!

They will call you because you won a desert safari and a dhow cruise from a raffle draw in some sale event. Once you get there, they will ask you first to listen to their fake promotion for an hour before they give your prize.

Once you buy any of their package, there's no way backing out. Even if you followed their refund processing as per their T&Cs, they will have a lots of reasons to postpone until they reach a point that their CFO postponed the refunding process and no one knows when it will be done. It's been 3 months waiting and still waiting!!!

GUYS, IF ANYONE WHO IS CALLING YOU THAT YOU WON FROM A RAFFLE DRAW, PLEASE ASK FIRST THEIR COMPANY AND CHECK THEIR COMPANY REVIEWS!!! DON'T FALL ON THIS TRAP!!!

I got the proper guidance and complete support from the representative. I just provided the details and filled and submitted the visa application. After that I only made the payment. Rest all services handled in very professionally. Today my visa got approved. Thanks for the supports.

We have been selected on withdraws tickets by Royal Regis (i guess the selections was based on our foreign european nationalities) and then they invite you to collect your wowcher where they make you sit for 3 to 4 hrs. Forget about the wowcher, they are here to force you to buy their travel package. They told us that the amount of the package is on installements that makes you feel that is a very good deal but ACTUALLY the take you all the money at ONCE from your bank account. Ask many times about the installement to Mr Pushkar, who deal us that day AND HE ASSURE US that the amount is deducted every months till 2 years so why all the money have been taken??? They are ready to lie on anything to sell their package! Eventhough HE ask me to sign on the contract where there were nothing fill before i signed! Once i went back home i realise that they fill the whole amount of the package on that page without my conscent. This company its really a BIG FRAUD, dont be trapped!
The same day we emailed that we want to cancel it. And we got called to their office in al Mumzair, where Mr Syed, operational manager assist us. They are all one companie,all of them liars, one liar to support the other one , they found a way to point a finger at you! If any one needs help or information please contact me.

Actually I got movie voucher from royal Regis raffle draw. Their customer service is superb. As they promised They responded to my mail and booked the couple tickets for me as soon as I informed.Mr. Ahmed booked the tickets for us. I am very happy with this service.I will surely recommend this ROYAL REGIS WLL. They are awesome. Especially Mr. Jamal and Mr. Ahmed are very friendly. Thanks to the entire team of royal Regis. Keep rocking.

This is a fraud agency, do not register with them. Every time I had put a request for travel, they gave lame excuses and rejected the request. You call their customer care number, nobody picks the phone.

We are now using the membership features from Royal regis.

Below are the review. Some are good and some need to be improved.

We got discount for the flight tickets booked with RR which was good.

Email communication were very delayed. later they assigned a particular person Mr. Isa, to deal with our communications, which is now better.

We are yet to avail other features included in the package. Will be posting the review for those.

They have offered a 2D/1N stay at 5 star hotel in Doha as a part of welcome kit. We will be availing it soon.

The sales team promises are not completely alligned with the contract. So before signing read the contract clauses.

2 suggestion to Royal Regis.

1. Educate the sales team properly regarding the program properly.

2. Royal regis need to communicate properly with the associated restraunts and partners clearly to avoid last minute confusions, which we experienced while visiting a restaurant in the discount partner list. The restraunt management was not aware regarding the membership program.

CAN I PUT ZERO STAR? EVEN 1 STAR THEY DONT DESERVE! VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. POOR IN EVERYTHING NEVER EVER GO TO THIS COMPANY IF YOU DONT WANT TO WASTE YOUR MONEY AND YOUR ENERGY.

BEWARE OF THIS ENTITY. Do not part with your money if you do not want to donate it to them. This organization is fraud. They will extract money from you and sign a contract but they do it to dupe you.
Every request for travel and booking you make to them will be met with excuses for their inability to “help you”.
This is a big scam. And I am telling this from my personal experience and the experience of other victims known to me.

IMPORTANT: Many of the posts that gave a 5-star rating to this agency are manipulated internally by Royal Regis Tours staffers. This is an input I received from an insider. Use your judgement while dealing with them.
