Unsure where these good reviews below have come from but my experience with this company and especially Rory was horrific. After reserving the car the night before, I received a call from Rory the next morning and within 30 seconds he was using pressurising sales tactics to get me to sort the car finance out before even viewing or test driving the vehicle.

My offer of £1.6k below the asking price, which I thought was reasonable for the car given it was 10.3k miles over the average (according to AutoTrader) and almost 6 years old, was rejected and later questioned by Rory asking if I knew how much money he would make if he accepted that offer. After a bit of time spent talking over each other he then swore at me multiple times then hung up the phone.

I was at peace with paying the full amount for the car and to be honest, I probably will, just not for an emotionally driven person like Rory. Rory is everything wrong with salespeople and if you enjoy getting pressured into buying a car then he's your man. If you are like me and like to be treated with basic human respect then you would never turn to this man for a car and you should take your money elsewhere.

Sadly 1 star is the lowest rating you can give on here but he really deserves nothing. (Expect to read Rory's emotionally charged response below).

D YELLOW just bought my bmw 330e from rs car sales totally hassle free from the first phone call to driving it off there fore court. Very professional and informative about the car set it all up to my phone nice helpful test drive. All paperwork was finalised after test drive taxed me new car and off I went very happy with the service I received....

The guys were great, nothing has been any trouble,delivery from Glynn was seamless. Car is spot on, im so happy. Communication no problem, any messages replied to almost immediately. All done and dusted, more than happy to recommend, would certainly use them again !

I originally bought my 5 series BMW from RS in July 2024 and I've been very happy with it. I contacted RS a few days ago to ask if they'd like to buy the car back as I am upgrading. They offered a good price which I accepted and the car was collected this morning and the payment made immediately.

Just had my Ford Focus ST delivered after seeing it online. At first I was a bit unsure about buying a car i haven't seen in person but with videos, photos and assurances from the dealer I went ahead with the purchase. The car was delivered with no issues and the car is excatly as advertised. Great service and complete honesty. Will be going back again for my next vehicle 👍.

The guys at RS car sales made my buying experience seem effortless from the first phone call to the point of collecting my new car , nothing was ever too much to be answered or organised. Then not the mention great after sales, couple of months into owning my new car I had a slight issue with a minor part which was resolved in one phone call. Will 100% be returning in the future

Just bought my 2nd car from R/S, always have the top spec vehicles, great customers service. Car was delivered and on my drive within 24 hours of purchase, delivery man was great.

Nice and easy process when originally going to visit the car, weren’t pushy in trying to sell the car either which is always good. Overall easy to deal with👍

I purchased a Mercedes glc from rs cars back in march of this year . The car was delivered to my but no warranty paper work saying that I had only 3 months,In July a fault came up saying ad blue tank empty but it was full as when I purchased the car I had filled it up with ad blue and only traveled 2k so called the team at rs cars and they just said its out of warranty . So no help from them . I was left with the repair cost.
Then since I received the car in march every month the tyre pressure light would appear with low pressure in one of my tyres . I’ve recently taken it for repair and was told that my car has been driving with run flats and standard tyres on which is not advisable as handling of the vehicle can be affected with potential loss of grip due to the run flats having stiffer tyre walls and respond to the braking and steering system in a different way to standard tyres as the tyre technician had notified me after inspection of my car and my insurance could be void due to modifications of the tyres So I emailed rs cars sales and asked them to rectify this problem as the car came with the tyres already on. I was told at first by Byron one of the team that Mercedes Benz don’t have run flats . Then I was told because I have owned the car for some months that it was NOT covered by warranty. But this problem has been with the car since I purchased it I’ve spoken with trading standards and have been advised to ask once more for the vehicle to be rectified by rs car sales before taking further action . SO PLEASE BE AWARE THAT AFTER SALES SERVICE IS VERY POOR AND HAVE YOUR PURCHASE CHECKED OUT BY THE AA .

It’s not been six months from time of sale as yet I brought the car on the 18 th of march 2025
No extended warranty was offered at time of sale and it’s not the problem that the tyres are different brands . The problem is that you put run flats with standard tyres which can be very dangerous and I put my children in the car for the past six months not knowing how dangerous the car can be when driving due to this
As for your unprofessional attitude in regards to the tyre technician and the remark that he is only there to make money then call Mercedes dealers yourselves and they will give you the same information that you should never put run flat tyres on the same car with standard tyres as it compromises the cars handling in a emergency situation and cornering at speed due to the side wall construction.

Also I will post the emails that Byron has sent me to show your future costumer what to expect when trying to rectify any problems that they will encounter with there purchase and the unprofessional manner to which he addresses to customers

Warranty does not cover punctures or tyres.

They don't come with run flat tyres either pal.

You're tyre technician is also misinformed as the tyres fitted as long as legal and the right size for the car are all thats needed insurance would never be cancelled if someone had some pirelli front tyres michelin rear tyres. Cars would not pass MOT would they if what he said was true.

It passed MOT pre sale and given we have not heard from you since purchase I trust the rest of the car is all good.

23/04/2026 Just to add....I do have a sensor/radar fault to contend with and Toyota Main Dealers diagnostic is that car was damaged/ repaired on the front (not disclosed to HPI) ....but 7 months later I'm still waiting for the Toyota Main Dealer to get the budget to buy the recalibration tool to Fix? the problem..........life is too short.....I have read the negative reviews.....it is as it is....cars are mechanical and will have problems......these guys at RS are great....sometimes they have to be a bit "ruthless"...if they cave in to "pussys"....they won't be here in business to get you great deals....I would have no hesitation in rebuying again from RS! I love my Toyota "Panther" Supra....Thanks again TOM!

I bought the car and thought I was getting a good deal as it had everything I was looking for without breaking the bank. However, I’ve come to realise they plastered over the faults. There are multiple features in the car which they’ve covered over which cheap overlays which start to peel or the colour fades after being touched by a wet tissue! There are scratches which they temporarily cover that soon become apparent once it’s been through a car wash. I sincerely wish I had paid a little extra and bought the car from a more reputable seller and not some two-bit cowboy with the attitude of an angry toddler.

Avoid this place. One of the worst car-buying experiences I’ve had. From the start, staff were evasive and vague — like they didn’t want to be transparent. I tried multiple times to leave a deposit to secure a vehicle. They said they’d get back to me — they never did. I chased them daily, arranged a viewing for a specific date, followed up constantly… only to be told the car was sold.

To be clear — the car being sold isn’t the issue. That’s the nature of the business. But the way they handled it was unacceptable. After chasing repeatedly and clearly showing serious intent, they strung me along with no update, no confirmation, and clearly no intention of selling to me. It felt deliberate, like they just didn’t want to deal with me and would rather keep me waiting.

When you ask fair, basic questions about things like service history or condition, you're labelled as “tricky” and “hard to deal with.” Completely unprofessional. The negative reviews are accurate — their attitude comes across clearly, even on the phone.

They advertise cars that aren’t prepped or ready, just to generate interest, then go silent when it’s time to commit. A total time-waster.

Don’t be fooled by their “night edition” styling or cosmetic gimmicks. I’ve since had quotes — you can easily buy the spec you want from a proper, reputable dealer and have a wrapper do the rest for cheap. Sandblasting wheels, wrapping trims, replacing grilles — it’s all easy, affordable stuff. There’s no value in what they’re offering — it’s just dressed-up stock with poor service behind it.

I’ve now bought from a real dealership where the process was smooth, respectful, and professional. The difference is night and day. Save yourself the hassle — don’t waste your time with this company.

A company full of lies and decit. They clearly lied around aspects of the vehicle and not transparent.

BUY ELSEWHERE SAVE YOURSELF THE STRESS!
