I put up photos of the items I needed getting rid of. Within an hour I had quotes coming in and within 24 hours the rubbish was gone. Very happy with the company I chose from your website.

Excellent
Stumbled upon this company by accident after unsuccessfully trying to find someone to remove and dispose of our piano at a reasonable cost. I filled out the enquiry form in the late afternoon and had some quotes that evening. The piano was removed by 10am the next day by a very efficient recycling company with no fuss at all. I was skeptical about how this would work but I am really pleased with the result. Will definitely use Rubbish.com again - a great service. Thank you.

We are shocked and saddened to see you have left a poor review…
I have checked our online system and surprisingly I don’t believe you ever requested a quote via Rubbish.com nor did we carry work out for you. Taking money and not delivering a service is NOT what we do. In fact customers pay after the job is completed!
We take great pride in what we do, we are the largest rubbish removal network in the UK and receive thousands of requests each month and do our best to please each and every customer and our reviews on TrustPilot speaks volumes.
Did you try calling our support team? You can find the number on the 'contact us' page of the Rubbish.com website. Our customer service team are available from 9am - 10pm in the evening and generally answer calls within 3 rings. Feel free to get in touch.

We had a piano we couldn't give away but three minutes after filling in the quote form I had a phone call and the piano was gone the following morning. Perfect.
