The Caterina Knit top blue is gorgeous. Soft and stylish and the most beautiful colour. I wear it with jeans and pop a long sleeve tee under it on chilly days - looks fabulous either way. Highly recommend you add this top to your wardrobe.

I finally bought a set I’ve had my eyes on for a while, and I couldn’t be happier. First of all, the shipping was fast — especially considering I ordered to Norway. I received consistent tracking updates throughout, which I really appreciated.
Tried it on today and it’s even more beautiful than I imagined. The fabric feels great, the colours are perfect, and the fit is both comfortable and stretchy.
No complaints whatsoever. Honestly, I’m surprised by all the negative reviews here. I’ll definitely be repurchasing!

Do not shop here…Fraudulent & Poor Quality
Do not shop here. Poor quality and Fraud. I bought some items (dresses) that were on Final Sale, when I received them they were of very poor quality so I decided to return them. When applying for refund I was advised that these items cannot be returned.
The dresses I bought were not even the RunwayScout brand, they are other random brands that they clearly try to get rid off through this Final Sale fraudulent approach. Very dodgy!
At no point during my shop and checkout experience did I receive any warning messages that such items cannot be returned. When I emailed the customer support inbox I was simply told that they cannot provide a refund or a credit note. Very disappointing. Do not make the same mistake as me, do not shop at RunwayScout!

Fast shipping & Great customer service
I had an awesome experience with this company. I accidentally ordered the wrong size (thinking it was American sizing) so I emailed them explaining the situation and they switched the size with no hesitation. I think it was Holly who replied to my email. It also got here in a timely manner, within less than a week I believe. The only thing is the prices are a bit high, but so far the quality seems to be up to par.

Regarding the customs fee - as noted at checkout and in our shipping policy, international duties and taxes are charged by your country’s customs office and are outside of our control.

Refund not honoured - BEWARE of this business do not buy!!
It was advised a full refund would be provided if returned within timeframes. Item was returned as it was too big and not of good quality. I only received a partial refund with no explanation as to why and I am now being ignored from the customer service team. Won’t be ordering again, over priced and terrible customer service. #447814

I have not received a response today from anyone from your customer care team as per your response. You have charged me $21.95 not $12 which I can see you have done to other people upon reviewing the below reviews the exact same amount of $21.95 which is above international shipping rates and not advertised as the to return rate on your website or your response. This business is a disgrace first the lie of a response I didn’t receive and then over charging on “shipping costs” such a load of crap. This is the WORST company I have ever dealt with and I hope you enjoy hearing from the ACCC

This company are absolute scammers they perceive to be customer focused to deter your honest review but it is all an act shop elsewhere plenty of other clothing companies with great customer service and clear returns policies outlined online. Runway scout are making money off sending you trash clothing and then providing partial refunds seems to be an ongoing occurrence from previous reviewers. “Small business” more like scam artists the lot of them

As a business, we’re able to secure discounted rates for outgoing shipments due to the volume of parcels we send. This allows us to offer you a lower rate for delivery. However, for returns, the rates are based on standard postal rates, which are higher as they don’t benefit from the same bulk discounts. It would also cost you more if you purchased a satchel directly with Australia Post. We’re always working to keep costs as fair as possible, and we hope this helps clarify the difference.

I ordered a dress from here for my birthday. I paid an extra $15 for express shipping. It's now been 3 days and I haven't received any confirmation that my order is even being prepared to be shipped. I reached out to them and was advised someone would respond in "a few hours" It's 6 hours with zero response. I feel like I have been ripped off and they won't even take the time to acknowledge it. Very disappointed.

Hi Chloe, I think you may have us confused with another brand, as we can't find a record of your order anywhere or any email correspondence from you. We also reply straight away to our customers and don't advise we'll get back to them in "a few hours". And we also don't charge $15 for express shipping (we charge a flat rate of $9.95). I have looked up the express shipping charge for Runaway The Label and think you may have got us confused with them as they charge $14.95. Smells and terrible quality
I received several items from this brand. Two tops and a jumper. The clothes I have received smelt really bad!! And the quality of the spicy margs red jumper was SHOCKING!! I feel like you could buy this jumper for 20 dollars at target rather than paying the money they are asking.
This is such a shame as it looks so great on the photos but such a let down.

Do NOT buy from them. I got ripped off 200$ for a potato bag I was sent by DHL instead of the dress on their website. The website looks legit and very deceiving images. When asked for return I only got partial refund of 110 so they still made money by delivering literal trash to my door.

Everything I received was beautiful but size XS too big on me. I would not recommend ordering from Runway Scout if you live in the US because returning items costs a small fortune! They do not even provide a return label, which makes it an even bigger hassle!
