10/10 customer service ! Ordered such a beautiful dress and came literally the next day I was shocked how quick it arrived unfortunately though size was no good for myself .I contacted customer service via email and was contacted back the very next morning after submitting it the night prior they were so lovely and understanding and not to mention the swift response 10/10 for customer service and the quality of the dress was wonderful.. beautiful linen & exactly how pictured was just sizing issues for myself so sadly could not keep but can’t thank them enough for restoring my faith with buying online x

Would have been 5* but for the fact I ordered two of the same dresses one in blue size 10 and one in white size 10 but they weren't actually the same size, somehow I think the white one was miss labeled and was actually a size six, it was a lot smaller, I can't wear its it's so short &too small but the blue one is great & a perfect fit, so is the other dress I ordered. So as long as I get a response to my email, which I sent as a faulty item email and I am able to buy another dress I will be happy. 🤞 Delivery service is outstanding in Qld 🙌 and the follow up after my first order was a great touch. So thank you for that. Look forward to hearing from you.

Ordered a dress on the 7th December and has still not shown up. I have emailed twice requesting sn update and have received no response

This is a one star rating but gave an extra star for the very fast shipping.

The quality is crap - think Bali garments that you purchase on the street but for $80!

Don’t buy here save your money.

I live in the US, purchased 3 items and wanted to return all 3, the price to ship the items I purchased back to Runway Scout was as much as the items I bought..not worth it, I wasn’t happy with the 2 dresses and top, so I tried to return them..now I’m stuck with these items I’ll never wear. No thank you…

In response to RunwayScouts reply, I absolutely did not receive the dress your speaking of for free, this was a dress I purchased and before it was shipped I asked if I could choose another dress and I was able to do that, I was refunded a dress before it was shipped if that’s what your talking about. Your mistaken, please look into this again..thanks for the effort in responding

I accidentally (on purpose 😂) ended up spending over $300 on my purchase and got 6 things!!!! The product was all incredible, the customer service was impeccable and the CEO’s love and attention was unmatched. I really hope the quality of product and service stays the same as this little business inevitably grows.

Quick delivery, good quality, sizing has been as expected, clothes look just like the pictures.

Good company! Brought 6 items. I would say, for dresses order a size down. I’m usually a UK 12/14, 32g cup and about 5’3.

Dresses I would order down. I ordered three size 12 dress and I think a 10 would have for better.
Tops I would order up depending on your chest size. The top I got is cropped so it’s not too bad I’ll just wear it with high waisted jeans.

And I got a pair of shorts size 12. They looked awfully small when I pulled them out the packaging, but they fit perfectly. I have a small waist compared to my hips so I was happy they were fitted but didn’t grab my thighs.

Only annoying thing is my order was £130 and I had to pay £30 duty

OMG! I LOVE Runway Scout! I just received my third order and I can't wait to wear it to my friends wedding!!! They use express post so you get it real fast and if you need to send stuff back they make it so easy. I'm addicted to online shopping haha but dead set at least I look good all the time lol. If you need good clothes buy from here cos its so good!

Clothing is cheaply made. Brought items on sale but items looked and felt so cheap when they arrived. One was def not the size it was advertised as and felt super cheap. The satin skirt was alsych cheap satin and looked super tacky. Pretty dissapointing even though they were on sale, from photos and social media I expected better quality.

It’s a hit or miss. I ordered a dress for a wedding that I love and it lead me to purchase other summer dresses. I was shocked that the summer dresses that came in were very cheaply made and strings were coming off the garment, also, one dress I have to wear with pants cause the slit on the bottom comes way up, which did not show in the picture they advertised in. I feel like it’s all very overpriced for the cheap material they use. Also they don’t refund your money, only exchange which is frustrating. If the prices were more reasonable, I’d consider shopping there again.

I love that the United States shipping is free! Things tend to run a bit pricey on the website, so I stay on watch for sale items. Whenever I see an item go on sale that I love, I can easily just ship that one item. The quality of everything I have received so far has been amazing. It may be my new favorite brand! I wish I could afford the more expensive items.

They don’t refund - cheap cheap clothes at extortionate prices!
The photos on Instagram look amazing aided by the fact they use beautiful models that make the clothes look incredible! however the reality is the clothes I ordered where nothing more than cheap acrylic and polyester trashy garments that look horrible on! They also don’t refund and only exchange - which I was stung with. Very misleading when the site says - “Free Returns”. The quality is so so bad for the prices they charge! Cheap made in China clothes that you would find in an SES store.
