Damaged safe was delivered and then redelivered
My partner ordered a safe. On receipt the corner of the box was damaged and when we opened it you could see the box had been dropped as the corner of the safe was also damaged. We asked for a replacement. The damaged safe was collected, however the company then sent us the same damaged safe with further damage in the same damaged box. We asked for a refund and purchased a safe from Argos.
The customer service staff were very friendly, however there seems to be a disorganised return procedure and/or department

Great Service
I needed an extra key rather quick and ordered online from safe, who guaranteed a quick order to deliver turnaround, and it was. Cheaper than going to the local locksmith.

The purchase and delivery were good
The purchase and delivery were good. However, the actual safe did not work as per instructions and I had to spend a lot of time looking on line and even dismantling the locking mechanism to investigate and fix the problem.

Good website and excellent overall experience. Would have given five star rating but they were let down by the delivery service who basically destroyed the box the lock came in.

Plain packaging please
Product was excellent, no complaints there. However, the Safe was delivered in its own box complete with a picture. The delivery person light heartedly remarked “if you are in need of a safe, i’ll help you look after your valuables”.
Recommend plain packaging in future
