Failed Delivery Over n Over again... then a duplicate!
Although customer service were sort of helpful in my calls, the whole process was to say the least a shambles. No tracking was ever given although DX said all their deliveries carry a tracking number!
I initially was not going to leave a negative review, but today was the final straw.
27/09 - Placed an order for delivery 30/09.
30/09 - waited in all day, NO DELIVERY! contacted Safe to be told wasn't shipped! They will deliver 2nd Oct morning.
02/10 - waited in ALL DAY AGAIN - NO DELIVERY! contacted Safe to be told item lost and will be returned to their distributor! They will deliver replacement 03/10 morning.
03/10 - Item delivered.
11/10 - ANOTHER one dumped on doorstep! I've had to stop what i'm
doing to drive to delivery address and move a 60kg safe saying "burgle me" from full view of everyone due to complete incompetence!
In total, 3 wasted days when I gave a named day for delivery! Obviously they won't care about my wasted time and lost money continually waiting for non existent deliveries!
More time will be wasted as this one now needs to be returned!
I will now put in a complaint.

Ordered keyed alike locks for my front…
Ordered keyed alike locks for my front and back doors. They arrived a couple of days later. They fitted perfectly and are good quality. I then decided that I wanted to change the lock on my middle door too so that one key fits them all. I contacted Anne at Safe via email with the size required and the lock and a couple of extra keys were with me in no time at all. If I ever need locks again I would definitely use Safe . 100%.

Bought a new safe from Safe.co.uk
Bought a new safe from Safe.co.uk, which arrived next day! amazing delivery. However on receiving it looked like it had been dropped from a great height and had actually split the corner... no fault of Safe.co.uk i am sure we all know what large freight companies are like!! However one quick phone call to explain the situation and Safe uk sent a brand new one out the very next day no quibble! Excellent experience, highly recommend will be back!
