We bought a Sahara x350 then loads of accessories All without any problems. I found them very easy to contact by phone and their responses were always friendly and pleasant. They delivered on everything. I know they are in Ireland and the postage is a little longer but a great company to deal with. The BBQ is fantastic probably the sturdiest one we have ever had and it looks great too. The added attraction was the Grill Insert System which is very handy.

We have ordered extra accessories for our bbq - which we are very happy with - but have not yet received them. It’s been over two weeks since we placed the order.
We have tried to contact customer service and either get no answer or an Ireland number which is wrong and therefore won’t connect.
To be honest not great customer service at this time.

Purchased this bbq from a garden centre, followed instructions which were clear, not too bad to put together however once assembled the lid did not line up (as mentioned in previous reviews) contacted the company and the result was build it on a flat surface, so basically loosen bolts realign and should be good to go, I was starting to become infuriated, I explained I had tried everything, they then told me they were going to send replacement legs as this should solve the problem (i still have not received these and this was 2 weeks ago)
My experience of this bbq and company is not good, after paying £450 you expect quality, i also had to straighten the warming rack as this was bent, it's OK for a company to say do this,do that but do they take into account the time this has cost me? I shouldn't have to build the thing 3 or more times, I wish I had not purchased this, despite sending several pics of problem to them I am no further forward, summer will be over by the time I get to use this.

UPDATED: I bought the Sahara Storm portable BBQ. The frame castors (wheels) obviously have a design flaw. I left a 1-star review, and Sahara reached out. They sent me a new, redesigned frame, which seems perfect. I cannot fault the customer service and the quick resolution. A+ for after-sales customer service.

I recently purchased a Sahara S325 and when I assembled it I noticed the hood didn't line up and was dented plus there was 2 chunks of enamel chipped on the sink of it... I contacted Sahara customer service with pictures and details of when and where I purchased it and they were fantastic and sent out a replacement hood and sink with no hesitation. This bbq is very good quality, I would highly recommend it and their customer service is excellent.

I would like to give a shout out to Sahara bbqs…I bought one of their bbqs which I love ..I had an issue with it and their customer service went Above and beyond ..I particularly want to say a thank you to Elaine for all her help .

Cheap yoke. I got an x150 bbq from a local shop. The wheels won't fit properly, bbq stays on a side, the gas regulator that came with the BBQ is not working, no gas flowing when i attached it to the gas drum. I'll return it back to the shop, it doesn't worth the hassle, I'll add 100€ and I'll get a weber

Nice piece of kit for BBQ or even oven, supports 6 channels but you can only use two, with no option to purchase additional probes as only sold in Ireland as complete units. So if you have more than two joints of meat on the smoker or BBQ is a bit of guess work.

I own a Provence portable gas heater for some years now.However the burner unit was at the end of its time with the mesh was burnt at the bottom of the burner. I could not afford to purchase a new heater. I looked around on the web to see if I could get a new burner unit and discovered Sahara BBQs had complete replacement units. I looked at their video on line on how to remove and install a new burner. I ordered a new burner unit which arrived inside the stated time, well packed in a sturdy cardboard box. I have just installed the burner unit and I am well pleased as it was so easy to remove the old unit and install the new unit. Any one could install this unit, I did and i'm 76 years old.

Order replacement heat reflector for the patio heater after it had fallen over in a storm. Also ordered new rain cover as the old one ripped. Would give four stars but thought it strange the heat reflector came without any screws and was luckily able to reuse them from the old reflector. Other than that products were good and delivered quickly.

Having bought a Provence calor gas fire some years ago that developed a fault,I had some difficulty in locating the manufacturers, but once I found Sahara BBQs I found them to be very efficient and helpful.

Bought a new firing mechanism and coals.. arrived in a few days.The lady on the phone was very helpful.Expensive but worth it.

We have had a Sahara X475 BBQ for couple of years now but the cover that went with it was 2 separate ones & didn't fit properly.
The new custom fit one is great, covers both BBQ & trolley together, no flapping covers anymore.

Ordered a new thermocouple for my Provence Calor gas heater.
The lady on the phone advised me as to what exactly I needed and sent me a link to a guide to replacing the unit.
Arrived by Parcel Force and fire is now up and running

I had the BBQ already and originally had an extra large cover as that was all the shop I bought the BBQ from had, that lasted three seasons so I went online to get a replacement and Sahara custom fit for my BBQ which I purchased, bit more expensive but perfect for the winter as its a snug fit over the two side pieces so won't fly off like the original one I had. Great piece of engineering in the design and keeps everything dry and protected from the elements

I already had the Barbecue, couldn’t get the cover or accessories from local stores, went on line and found all these treasures. Delivered quick and very reasonable prices.
