Stunning toilets of which I bought twice. However, 2nd time arrived with no ornate support brackets. Appeared you have to purchase separately. Like first time toilet appearing with no loo seat again purchase separately .But while ordering 2nd time around I changed my mind about colour of hinge and loo seat handles ,from gold to chrome! While on phone to supplier he told me there is a 41 pounds price difference meaning they will refund me the money. Which was a good while ago. I reminded them while ordering brackets and that was a few weeks ago but not forthcoming as yet also wrote reminding of refund, he said it was in process. That was on 2nd June .That aside out standing product with amazing flush. Truly jaw dropping beautiful . That was the high level Burlington toilet . I've yet to have installed the low one. Ordered a range of products all of which have been great quality. Very helpful follow up support where items have needed to be exchanged or delayed in shipping. Matthew in their customer services team has helped us every step of the way, a great service.

Great communication and speedy and efficient delivery service. The Vado shower shelf was delivered in two days and is fab, very good quality. The Burlington vanity unit arrived separately, with a call in advance from the courier. It won’t be opened for a week or two but looking forward to seeing it. I’d definitely use Sanctuary Bathrooms again.

Ordering was easy but delivery not so good as the courier left a large bath tub at the gate of our home which is unoccupied at 6.50am with no phone call or notification it had been left. Luckily the builders turned up at 8am…. Accept this is not the fault of Sanctuary but thought I should mention this.
Unfortunately I ordered the incorrect item and again Sanctuary were very good at accepting the return and made all the appropriate checks before accepting the return. The reason I gave 3 stars is because of the high return fees. I accept the courier charges which I have no issue paying although a little high at £80, but I found the repackaging charge of 10% of the cost of the item was unfair. The bathtub had all the wrapping still in tact but the cardboard box had been cut open on one side and this is why I was charged this amount of £55. I don’t believe a cardboard box or placing the bath tub in it, is that expensive and this was a little disappointing.
Next time I will be more careful when reading item descriptions. Expensive error which cost me £135 for something I didn’t keep!
