Great customer service
Following an unforeseen challenge with my order delivery, Richard took it upon himself to arrange delivery directly from the supplier. Service above and beyond, and I was kept informed the whole way. Great service !

Poor communication
Poor communication, had to chase for a delivery date, was told you were waiting on a waste cover to complete order, was then told it would be delivered on Wednesday 27th May, nothing arrived, then received a text (& email) stating my items would be delivered on Tuesday 2nd. Not the usual level of service that ive had from Sanctuary.

Lovely products at a great price
Very well priced, good quality items.
Delivered on a pallet to our front door.
The only criticism I have is the lack of communication. If they were to keep you better updated regarding delays and expected delivery times, even with a slight delay I would have given them 5 stars.
Would I use them again? Yes.

Delivery timescale was a real issue
Delivery timescale was a real issue. Delays before the bath was sent, promised it would be delivered on a certain day with a morning slot only for the delivery company to book it in at a later date with a late PM slot.
Sadly, I don't think I can trust to use them again.

On this occasion our delivery team took the decision to safely deliver your painted bath using our own transport, this was rather than a pallet company for which we have less control. Sadly this was not communicated to you and added to the delay. I was happy to see that emails were responded to promptly and we assisted with your choice of colour.

Yes I had the best experience to be honest with you they went over and above to get me the item I wanted in fact they had on premises next day and posted out to me very nice people to deal I received my order two days later and the item I bought was really nice if you were looking anything don’t hesitate give them a call

Terrible delivery service. delivery guys left 7k order outside…
The delivery guys left 7k order outside the door when I wasn’t home. They should at least give a courtesy call that they have delivered the items.

Great bath screen!

Poor communication
Poor communication.
Didn’t send my order on time and when I asked where it was, they announced it’s because one of the items was out of stock but didn’t think to tell me. Delayed bathroom fitter and tiler, didn’t have a bathroom for a week.
Didn’t refund the missing item when I asked so had to chase up again.
2 stars as it was cheaper than others selling same item but in hindsight would rather have
Paid a bit more for reliability and not having to stay out of the house.
