I filed a consumer proposal with Sands & Associates and the process turned out to be much less stressful than I expected. I am a self employed contractor with irregular income, which made my file more complicated than most, but David Tang took the time to go through everything with me. He explained what each document meant, told me exactly what he needed from me, and answered every email and call quickly. He was straightforward about what was realistic and never made me feel judged about my situation. Everything was signed and filed without any surprises and my payments have been running smoothly since. If you are in a similar spot I would recommend at least having a conversation with them.

Tried a Consumer Proposal of course doesnt go through forced to go bankrupt and then they will take darn near 80% of your gross Income. Expect you to live on 20%. Really have done nothing else except complain if your homework isn't done. They do not care do not be fooled. Also if you make extra they take it but if you make less they still expect extra. Just my experience it sucks and they really don't do anything. Is it not alarming the amount of reviews in the past week why are the services needed so much seems to me like pattern.
