The ladies I talked with were so helpful and always remained me that this was not something bad that I did. It happens to good people as well. I started the process with a lot of guilt and negative self talk. By the time it was done I wasn't embarrassed or feeling like I had done something awful. It was a smooth and easy process. They gave me a list to follow and that was so nice. It helped to make sure I didn't miss any important information. And they made sure I knew exactly what was going on every step of the way. It was such a relief to have it all sorted out by the end. I definitely recommend them if you need help

My intention was too shop around for the best company for me. Sands was my first call. When I spoke to Cindy, my Estate Manager, I felt a good connection right away. She understood my situation, gave me some advice and was very approachable. There was no need to look further. Cindy and her assistant have been very helpful, answering every question that popped up. I had to confirm the process, and pros & cons between a consumer proposal and bankruptcy with an old friend in the business, but otherwise, I feel that I picked the right person to represent me.
