Saw a wine I would like in a restaurant advertisement. Francis Coppola Director's "Wizard of Oz" 2014 Merlot. Typed the wine into my Google Search. SaratogaWine.com was the first choice. I had 3 bottles of the wine delivered to me 3 days later. Only $7 for shipping. Awesome service.

Very Convienient
Went to their store at Exit 11 of the Northway looking for a wine we had at a restaurant. They did not have it but told me I could order it online and have it shipped to the store for free. The order arrived in a couple of days and the price was reasonable. I will be returning.

Poor customer service!
I currently have a problem with a recent order. I called, explained the problem, and was assured someone would get back to me. That didn't happen, so I called again the next day. I spoke with Brian, who asked me to email him some information. I did so, and still got no response. I called again the following day (that's now phone call #3 & one email). I spoke with Brian again. He was polite and told me I would be getting a return label. Two days later, and I still have no communication from the company. This is certainly not good customer service. I will not be placing an order with them again.
