No reasonable return options after 13 emails and counting
Same as other reviews. After 13 emails, still no reasonable option to return the shoes. I ordered 3 pairs of shoes in wide sizes and they are all standard sizes.

I’ve run into the same issues that others have experienced. The Sawbehind website says that their product is made in the US. And is guaranteed. They haven’t lived up to these promises. They insist that my only return options are to accept $5 and an empty apology or ship the boots guaranteed back to China. The second option would cost me $350. These people have stolen $45 from me. So my only real option is to write as many bad reviews as possible in order to warn other people.
Wrong size, wanted to return and get the correct size. No contact numbers, no customer support. No downloadable form for return.
What a joke. Ill give the shoes to someone who can wear them.
Its a scam, don,t waste your time.
Sawbehind makes it nearly impossible to make a return or exchange by allowing only 30 days for a return. And only allowing returns for exchange, no refunds. They provide an email on the invoice for returns that doesn't even exist. After searching and finding another email to contact them, they then inform you that you will have to pay return postage for shipping all the back to China. So you might want to just keep your order and give it to someone it fits. Seriously! So much for their American Heritage claims. Read all there small print people. Sawbehind / Yookanstore is as close to a scam as you can get. Should be zero stars.
Bought a pair of Sawbehind "Outdoor" shoes, wore them maybe a dozen times and the lace fraid and broke. I can not find a replacement lace because the small diameter of the eyelet.
Looking to find a solution I have tried calling, messaging and emailing them with no outcome because it's all AI responses.
I purchased a pair of boots. With all the advertising regarding orthopedic support etc I was convinced they would be good for me. To be honest the boots initially did meet my expectations for comfort. But the sole split after only 3 weeks wear. Sawbehind and Yookanstore both are now claiming they have no record of my purchase and have offered no refund or replacement.
Run don't walk away!
Dear Returns Department -
My order, placed on August 19th, arrived from Nancheng on Saturday, August 30th. I ordered size US 12.5 / wide. Neither pair is 12.5 US or Wide.
I have placed your shoes next to my current size 12 US, not wide, and taken a picture for you to review. You can clearly see that the shoes you shipped are the wrong size.
I will be happy to send them back for a full refund. You clearly don't carry my size, and I don't want to keep returning shoes until you find the correct size. Please supply me with an RMA address.
This is my third attempt to get a response.
Eventually, I did get a response to give the shoes to someone who could wear them.
Run away from this company. They are not in the USA as advertised.
If I could leave a ZERO that’s what this company would get!!! My husband ordered a pair of their boots, and wore them one time for a short period of time, went to wear them a few weeks later for a dinner out and noticed the stitching had separated….contacted the company who said it’s past our 30 day return window, we wrote back and said that’s unacceptable and they responded back with another of 10% off another purchase…so a $50.00 pair of shoes that fell apart after one wearing and you think he’s going to buy another pair…he wrote them back and said that was unacceptable so the responded with the offer of a $3.00 refund..,.what a joke!!! Wish we had researched this company better and seen the bad reviews before purchasing from them!!! Highly suggest you save your hard earned money and DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
I should have listened to the other reviews. Bought two pairs. Complete waste of money. I would’ve been better off to go to Walmart.
False and misleading information on the ad. It clearly stated “ orthopedic arch support”, and there is zero arch support. I wore them for one hour, and could feel my feet rolling inward.
I purchased them through Amazon and have filed for a return. Fortunately, Amazon has a return policy now I’m waiting for the shipper to send a return postage. If not, Amazon guaranteed a refund.
This company, like most from China, ship cheap garbage.
Worst return refund policy ever. Shoes were to small and they would not even give me a return shipping address. Satisfaction guarantee was a big joke. Do not buy from these people.
If there was a ZERO rating I would choose it. After receiving my order for size US 13 boot, I could not even fit in these boots. The size appears to be at least 2 sizes small. Offered to give them to my dad who wears size 12, he could fit into them. Contacted their customer support asking for return, which I would pay the full return fees, they countered by asking me to donate them. I again asked for a return, they offered me a $3 rebate. I asked again for a return, they offered a $5 rebate. I have asked again for a return, 6 days later, no response. I should have known better to order these, but this is the poorest example of e-commerce that I've encountered. I highly suggest to avoid this company and their products....
Shoes are Not made in the USA as stated. Very cheaply made. Takes forever to receive and once received the size of both pairs of shoes were to small. They don’t want to accept returns. Just lie after lie. Don’t waste your money or time on this company.
Do NOT buy this product! I did and they were didn't fit. They were too narrow. I have never before had to purchase a wide shoe. I also didn't like the quality. I wrote back and have had several email exchanges with their customer service. Each time in lieu of a return refund they offer me a discount on another purchase or $5 to just keep them. They are trying hard not to give me a refund or even an exchange. It's been 4 email exchanges and I'm not getting any progress. Also, like others I learned this product is NOT made in the US. Instead, it's made in China and I fully expect I'm communication with someone there. I strongly encourage anyone considering this product to buy something else. You will only be frustrated if you buy this product!

I thought the shoes were made in the USA only to learn they were being shipped from China. I ordered a sneaker and a boot both size US 10. The sneaker size is US 9.5 and the boot doesn't have a size and my toes are smashed. The customer service is jerking me around and is unwilling to offer me a sensible solution to resolve there error. There offer is I return the product at my cost or keep the product and give it to a friend or family member. I have been offered a $3 and $5 refund as well. I believe this company to be a SCAM. Don't be fooled by there false advertising!
I ordered a pair of Sawbehind boots thinking I was ordering shoes made in U.S.A. That is what website states yet my order originated from a warehouse in Mainland China, shipped from there To U.S. customs in U.S. cleared customs then still took almost 2 weeks to receive. The shoes are a joke. I will be contesting this entire transaction charged to my credit card, To even return I must pay shipping, hope they choose to credit my card back, deal with a entirely different email address to return them. They have no 800 customer service number. The email I must deal with is in the U.K. That is fishy also. Do not buy anything from Sawbehind boots.
