I received a pair of shoes/boots. Basically not bad, as expected. Unfortunately they were the incorrect size. Would not let me return them. Offered a discount on another item. Offered $3-5.00 return credit (to keep the item). Ridiculous customer service. Returned to shipping address on packaging. Requested credit card credit with signed receipt and MULTIPLE EMAILS trying to work out a solution. Don’t buy from them, ANYTHING!!!

I ordered a size 10.5 mens US .Received a size 4.
Double checked before I ordered the size too.
Found a bag on my sidewalk covered in snow. Not the porch, like everyone else delivers
Shows a Pic from inside the car , they trew it out,didn't make the porch. Glad I found it before The snowblower hit it and did damage.Would have fit in my mailbox too..CONTACTED THEM,, SENT PICS next to a 10 .5, and the BAG, I was told to send back to an un verified address in China at my expence...Not CA where it came from. They now offered me $3.00 off to resolve my dispute with them, $46.98 Is what i was charged . PayPal and Citigroup stopped paying and will investigate.fraud.

The boots I ordered did not fit. Tried to return them and get a refund. Offered $10 and I keep them. I said no and they said no shipping label at their place.
The web site stated; all the boots are made in the USA, free returns and money back. This is false advertising. None of it is true. I even went though PayPal and it still going on for 2 months and no refund. I pay for shipping back.
Please do not buy from The First Young company.

If I could give these jokers a MINUS 5, I would. Their website states that customers can cancel their order within 48 hours. I canceled my order 5 minutes after I placed the order and notified them by email. They waited 48 hours and told me "ooops...it is too late. Product has been shipped". And when I asked for a refund, they told me I need to return the shoes to China and the shipping cost would $20 plus any applicable customs fees. Their shoes were shipped from a warehouse in the U.S. because it only took them 5 days to get to me via USPS. But they would not give me a U.S. address. It has to be shipped back to China.

These people are very dishonest. Their webiste has a score of 18/100 in the ScamDetector website. It as been labeled as suspicious and dubious. DO NOT buy anything from these people.

these shoes are junk with a capital J absolute garbage not even a hard sole some mushy sole if you stepped on a tack or stone you would feel it worse shoes i ever had in 75 years never again they go out with tomorrows garbage

I only used one star because you can’t use less !!! I ordered shoes on the 5th of December 2025 supposedly they arrived yesterday the 18th at 12:30 , no package , I contacted them and the told me it had been delivered so contact there service

Ordered a $50 pair of shoes. I didn't know that they were coming from China. Got in 3+ weeks and they would not go on my foot. Wrong size? Have no idea, as there were no markings. I contacted them via email... 16 emails later I received 8 bucks for my trouble. No full refund... they said return (on my dime) and they would credit. The USPS told me it would cost $62 to send back. BEWARE!

DONT BUY FROM CHINA COMPANY! I bought boots, received and immediately emailed and asked for a return label, dragging out over 3 months then they offered a $5.00 refund🤬 ALWAYS BUY THRU PAYPAL, GET YOUR RETURN/REFUND THROUGH THEM WITHOUT HASSEL WITH ANY “CHARGEBACK”

First of all, this company is in China. Their customer service is horrible. I ordered two pairs of shoes from them which not only weren’t the correct size but were 2 different sizes. The company refuses to accept a return or reimburse me. I would not recommend dealing with them under any circumstance.

Like others, they are a total scam. I ordered 2 pairs, one was the wrong size, can't even begin to get my foot in it, and the other was extremely poor quality. Their "Hassle Free Returns" is a total joke, they state they must send you the address for returns, don't send back to the shipping address on the label. Well after numerous emails back and forth - they refuse to send me the return address info and have offered 1) a 10% off my next purchase, 2) $3 refund and 3) a $5 refund, and their suggestion was to give the shoes to a family member or friend!!!

The Totally false advertising are pertaining to my personal horrific experiemce. The fraud is,, these products are NOT made in the USA, but in China. There is absolutely Zero leather in the spongie fake chemical material. It took over Two Months of hagglings w uncooperative ,push the buck, on other non responsive entities. They refuse to reimburse me for the fraud. Do NOT order Anything from these Chineese sleaseballs. A 100 % ripoff

If there was a negative star I’d use it. Like many of the comments stated here, these guys are trash. I have called my bank and requested they reverse charges on this criminal enterprise. Stay away from them, they are a scam.

I ordered two pair. They sent me a size 11 when I ordered a size 13. They insisted it was a size 13, but it was not even close. I couldn't even get my foot into them. They refused to exchange or refund my money although their add says they have a money back guarantee. They said it was too expensive to ship them back, and suggested that I order two more pair from them and give the two pair that don't fit, to a friend....

This is an email I sent them ( no reply ) Hi , you say in your advertisement that you offer free returns. I am applying for a free return of my order and a refund and possible apology as well . You advertised your “ leather “ shoes as waterproof ! I’ve worn them once walking through short wet grass and when I got home my socks were soaked ! I bought them purely on your claim that they were waterproof ! This has proved to be false advertising and misleading on your part . I am an aged pensioner and this was a bit of an expense for me so I would very much appreciate a refund.

DO NOT BUY!!!! Boots are NOT as described or pictured! They are defective upon receiving and their customer service is a joke!!! They claim no hassle returns and it’s not the case! They have offered $3 for a refund! Just save your money and time!!!

I guess i got lucky with all this. I accidentally ordered the wrong size because the chart was confusing with the euro and us sizes being all together. But I emailed them and they said they would make the change privately. Then I realized these are China shoes when I tracked the shipment and was like oh great... this is going to be bad... but surprisingly when they arrived I tried them on and they are pretty comfortable and fit great. I got 10.5 wide and they fit fine. I'll wear them a bit and update this review with my findings. I'm disappointed in the fake storefront making you think these are US made etc.

Ordered two pair as Facebook Ad looked like they were a valid business in the USA. On arrival the sandals were cheap, soft imitation leather and the step in shoe must have been 4 sizes too small. Contacted them and they offered me $8 and keep the shoes or I could send them back to an address in China! Cost of shiping and export fees would have been more than the two shoes I ordered! What a farce and pure rip off!

I ordered a pair of work boots after they advertised steel toe cap and waterproof. Upon receiving them there was no steel toe cap and after walking through my yard after a rain discovered they aren’t waterproof. They are also a size smaller than I ordered. I contacted them by email and was told they wanted an additional $20 to exchange them for the proper size. I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing. Live and learn I suppose. Do not buy from the first young company unless you are into expensive disappointment.

I ordered 2 pair of boots because they were described as steel toe. I ordered them for my husband to wear to work. When we received the boots, they are NOT steel toe. I contacted customer service and their first response was they would offer me 10% off if I purchased something else. The second response was we will give you $3.00 back. Their third response is, we will give you $5.00back. How unprofessional can you be. Can't even use the boots and not spending the mo ey to send them back and wait another 30 days for a answer. Not happy with this company.
