Gameplay is terrible. They only allow you to redeem $100. I’ve been trying to redeem this money for over 2 weeks and some how it always seems to fail. Now their new excuse is I’ve been using multiple ip addresses so me and a secondary person have to send a picture of ourselves holding our ids. They are absolutely the worst.

It’s been 6 days in irritated ! I’m leaving bad reviews everywhere I can they took my redemption and only let me cash out 100$ because I’m a new player honestly f this place and I’m reporting these people everywhere any how I can , they made me cancel the redemption and then they still haven’t approved this one they took my money so fast tho 😂

I played and made a redemption for a 100$ because thats all I can redeem with low vip status, today is day 12 and still haven't received my winnings. Contact customer service and their claim was we are experiencing higher then normal redeemtion request... kinda pathetic to me most places pay out next day or 3-5 business days yet its been 12 days for a lousy 100$ redeemtion nobody wants to play there if it takes this long to get what you won! I don't recommend them i play on spin quest and my redemption is in my account within 5 mins of making it, no processing, no waiting it just goes straight into my bank account
