Great games and fast redemption normally. This time I haven't even received a email saying they received my request yet hoping I get my redemption soon it's been 5 days but overall I give it a 10

Great games! Great wins! Played for 2 hours on one deposit. Waiting for redemption. Will update when it happens to let you know about the process.

Great selection of fun games, excellent customer service

As a new player I was able to get the newcomer package...so i had a good amount to start with and in no time I had gotten that up to a redeemable amount and went ahead and cashed out. Great platform...many of the games I really like to play and is really easy to navigate the platform itself. Rhanks again.

Ok experience. I don’t like the fact they have a $100 maximum withdrawal. I lost $157 cause I couldn’t withdraw it. I was only able to withdraw $100.

Excellent overall experience!! Super-easy deposits, great gaming, fantastic and FAST customer support, and exceptional with redemptions!! TOTALLY RECOMMEND!!

I like this game just take too long to withdraw or redeem your money

There are things that are good and bad definitely the part says in most cases the redemption is instant and in rare cases may take up to 24 hrs but that’s definitely not true cause I’ve been waiting over 24hrs and haven’t recieved my redemption, they do answer emails somewhat promptly I’d say though it’s a solid platform other than the redemption process needs some work in that area though I was scepitical to play on here cause I play daily on many platforms and a handful of them I’ve never even cashed out and bought pack after pack this was my first time actually having a good run on the scoop platform and I was able to redeem first run which is good though I will play again on here but obviously if I’m not needing the money instantly though I’m sure along the way improvements could come along so I’m not knocking scoop casino just giving my genuine feedback cause like I said it’s mostly solid platform unlike some the others… so I’d give it a spin today.

Scoop is cool! They have good games and helpful staff! I would recommend them to any online player 💯

Awesome service

So far so good. I'll raise it to 5 stars as soon as they redeem my winnings.

I took advantage of the welcome bonus and got a redemption on my first day! I would recommend scoop to anybody

Great casino with even better support team. Great place to play!!

Awesome welcome offer. So far so good!

Be careful of this site. I put lots of money into it and as soon as I went to redeem I was told I had duplicate accounts. How is that even possible when they use face recognition to verify. Even sent the email that was used, which wasn’t mine. They allowed me to make purchases but somehow didn’t catch it until I wanted to redeem…hmmm!!??!??? Then nobody responded to me after that.

Complete scam. Won't pay out and disabled my account. When I asked why they said because my account was "connected" to 8 other accounts and I was breaking ToS even though I only ever made one account with them. Won't process my withdrawal, will be filing a charge back with my credit card. SCAM!!!!!!!

I experienced some great offers and some more SC from there part this is the first online casino that I realized does this and it's grate to have online casinos like scoop thanks to Crystal Smith for being professional and for grate promotions I would definitely recommend friends to sign up with scoop 🎰

Waiting for my redemption. If it hits good job.

The redemption was easy to get through. The games are super fun. Being in touch with me during the process is a plus. Love this company!
