Great site no problems and great support

My first review was forced due to not receiving redemption unless I completed a review here. There are several things deceptive and unethical. They don't follow their own T&CS, you can't receive your fist redemption unless you complete a review here, after moving up tiers the amount of redeeming increases but they don't follow it, I've waited 3 days to receive my 2nd redemption for them to say my bank has a problem with receiving it (not true, I've s/w my bank), only can redeem 100 (my acct has been opened longer than 30 days, and more. Please stay away. That's why there's all these 5 stars ...... please read the negative comments

I've played many Social Casinos and this one is quickly moving up the ladder as one of my favorites. Easy interface to navigate through to find what game you want, and there are so many great, engaging games to choose from. Also the customer support and interactions are generally top notch. Definitely recommended anyone to check Scoop out.

So here’s my official UNFORCED review on Scoop. Now I know why they have so many 5 star reviews and I assure you they are not authentic. I downloaded this app thinking it would be like the others I play…hassle free redeeming and no weird stuff. Put my first bit of money on it and managed to get up to $200 rather quickly. Go to redeem $100 since that’s the minimum and maximum on first time redemptions which is understandable. However, I get an email saying in order to process my redemption I need to verify my name or email hasn’t changed AND I need to leave a review on Trustpilot. Instant red flag. I’m not stupid so I left a 5 star review praising Scoop and said all the stuff they wanted to here because I wanted my money and didn’t want to chance them not giving it because of so. While waiting for that first redemption I played with what I had left and got up to about $450. After I got my first redemption I submit the next one for $400 because it literally says $100 first time and higher every time after that. NOT TRUE. Got an email saying it got sent back and that I had to redo it for $100 because there wasn’t enough activity on my account to process higher. I’ve downloaded other apps and cashed out over $1000 on my first redemption and started out with just $20. No funny email, no forced reviews. I will be deleting Scoop. If you wanna play on good and trustworthy sights then play SpinQuest, Coinz, Modo, LuckyOne, LuckySlots, GoodVibes and McLuck
