Tom was the salesman,he was very helpful and patient.

I went into the store to have a look, as I wanted a new sofa. I was asked if I needed any help by a lovely lady who showed me around the store. I was asked if I had anything in mind and then shown the sort of thing I was looking for. They were very helpful and polite from the time I walked into the store until I left. I was helped with style and fabric. I would highly recommend the store and the high standards and knowledge that the staff have. Just waiting now for my new sofa

What an amazing experience from start to finish! The lady who served us today truly went above and beyond. She was so welcoming, friendly, and incredibly helpful, making us feel completely at ease from the moment we walked in.

She took the time to listen to what I was looking for and expertly guided me through the different sofa styles, materials, and colours, helping me choose the perfect sofa for my home. Her knowledge and patience made the whole experience enjoyable and stress-free.

A special thank you to the manager as well, who kindly brought us both bottles of water on such a hot day. It was such a thoughtful gesture and showed how much they genuinely care about their customers.

Customer service like this is hard to find these days, and both members of staff are a real credit to Poltronesofà. I can’t wait for my new sofa to arrive in 13 weeks. Thank you for making what could have been a difficult decision such a lovely experience!

Excellent experience in-store, staff were very helpful.
Unfortunately, the men who delivered our sofas were extremely rude and condescending. It made me feel uncomfortable to the point that I had to ask my husband to come home.

I got just what ihad in mind.

The people in the store were good, as were the delivery people.
My only complaints are that I had one delivery slot cancelled. Fortunately I hadn't got rid of my old sofas, otherwise I would have been sitting on the floor for a week. Also, the text I received about the delivery stated it would be delivered between 7am & 12 noon. The delivery turned up at 6:40am & had tried phoning me at 6am to let me know they were on their way. I have no problem with it turning up earlier, but I should have been informed correctly in the first place. Finally, I am a little disappointed with the finished quality. The rear panel is wrinkled as the corner doesn't fit properly & the finish on one if tge armchairs doesn't match the other one. A bit disappointing, as they weren't cheap. If it hadn't been for these small issues I would have given them 5 stars.

The delivery crew were great. Really nice guys. Rang we when there were on the way, brought everything in and set it up and took away the rubbish when they left.

New Sofa Fabric Not good

I recently purchased a sofa from Poltronesofà, which was delivered yesterday. Unfortunately, after delivery, I noticed what appears to be a fabric issue/defect on the sofa, as shown in the attached photographs. For a brand-new sofa, I expected the finish and fabric quality to be perfect.

I have already reported the issue to the Poltronesofà Coventry team and am currently waiting to hear back from them regarding how they intend to resolve the problem.

I hope the team will respond promptly and provide a satisfactory solution, as it is disappointing to have an issue with a brand-new sofa just one day after delivery. I will update my review once I hear back from them and see how the matter is handled.

Russ very friendly and welcoming. Old school salesman with no pressure tactics and honest form the outset. A credit to the company. Only disappointing thing for us is the lead time on the sofas which Russ requested ASAP

Very easy. Complete process starting from comparing sofas as per your need, budget, then final selection, ordering till delivery... everything went smooth and without any issues.

The first time slot was 8 hrs long 🤷🏼‍♂️the second one was 1 hr slot , that was missed and the tracking didn’t work when refreshed,so it was a waste of time

I visited the Coventry store recently and purchased my dream sofa. I was taken care of by Russ who was helpful, freindly, knowledgeable about the range of products they had and hoenst which I appreciated. The process was easy and id reccomend to anyone who is looking for quality furniture.
