I visited SCS at Gallagher Retail Park, Coventry. Alison was really helpful. She met me at the door and demonstrated the working of the sofa which suited me. I wanted my family to be with me for the purchase and returned with them. I felt I wanted to ask for Alison when I returned.

Welcomed on arrival with a good explanation of what is available. Friendly throughout with discussion about choices. Left alone to browse which is what I like but knowing that when I needed information he was available. Really good knowledge of products. Very helpful and altogether a good experience. Hopefully when I get my furniture I will be happy with my choice
