The guys Michael and Paul delivered my sofa yesterday. Communication before delivery was great, they were very professional, quick and lovely gentlemen. Delivered my sofa with care. Sofa itself was made perfectly and sits lovely in my living room 10/10 all round! Staff in the shop weee amazing too, helped me with measurements and communication once delivery was booked also! We were served by a lady called Billie, in the Kilmarnock store. She was amazing. Very polite, friendly and not at all pushy. Any questions we asked she knew the answer straight away. It was a real joy to shop in the shop.

David was excellent, gave us great advice and very patient! Experience was seamless.

Your representative was very helpful and informative without being overly attentive or fussy. It’s refreshing. Certainly not a criticism but the offer of a wee cup of tea or coffee at the payment stage would be most welcome.😀 The experience was faultless though.

Staff in store were incredibly helpful without being pushy and in your face. Communication leading up to delivery was excellent and the delivery guys were polite and professional. They took care to unpack and build the sofas which look fantastic. We will certainly be repeat customers in the future.

Norman who helped us with our decision for a sofa was very knowledgeable and caring for our needs as we have 2 big dogs. Both himself and Bobbie was very approachable and put you at ease didn’t at any time feel pressured by them to buy. Glad we went here to buy our sofa

The staff in Poltronesofa Kilmarnock were really pleasant and helpful. On our first visit David explained to us how the service works, that if we liked a sofa design or style, we could then get it in whichever colour and fabric we preferred. That really encouraged us to spend more time searching. Then Norman and Billie were very informative on our second visit. They helped us find a sofa we really liked, then matched it with a chair and footstool from another range so we could get a matching set. They gave us all the information we needed to be confident we were buying furniture that would last and would be protected. Norman put together a finance package that allows us to pay for the furniture at a pace that suits us. I would gladly recommend Poltronesofa in Kilmarnock to family and friends.

We were approached and the labels were explained to us , he then left us alone to have a look around . I made a decision all colour swatches were brought over, and the price difference explained. Gentleman was very helpful and informative , explaining all options and payment details .
