I placed an order with them in August this year. After i received no further info for two weeks i contacted them and received a reply saying
"I am terribly sorry you have not yet received your order. We have had an unusually high increase in orders alongside some staffing issues due to sickness and holidays, we are working as fast as we can to fulfil them, we apologies for the delay and thank you for your patience. I am going to request for this to be dispatched asap, so it should hopefully arrive with you very soon, you should receive an email with tracking once it has been dispatched.
Apologies again for any inconvenience caused.

I have recieved no such notification and have written to them twice and have yet to receive a reply. The link in the email they sent also goes nowhere. It looks, to all intents and purposes, that they have packed up and gone home with my money

Hopefully Karma will provide the fate they deserve

I am absolutely disgusted with seasonal home online! I ordered 4 bee glass tumblers back in August, all paid for! Not only have I not received them but I have no way of contacting them either? The website has been “down for maintenance work” for weeks! I’ve been totally ripped off! Do not buy anything from them!!

Ordered 3 cans of spray paint from them recently but after about a week, it still wasn’t dispatched, so I contacted them to ask to cancel order. No reply until a couple of days later, by which time they’d sent it out. Their advice was to refuse delivery of the parcel when it arrived and it’d get returned to them & they would then refund me. No refund to date and it now seems that the company is no longer, as website has been closed for “scheduled maintenance “ for a number of weeks now and no reply to my e-mails.

I placed an order on 22 August 2022 and to date I have still not received my delivery. it's impossible to get through the phone line. I finally received an email after sending several ,and was told they were waiting for the one of the planters to arrive and that it would be with me within a week and that was 3 weeks ago and still no correspondence about the order. I have sent more emails. Very frustrating and I am disappointed. Their website is gone down now too, is this a scam?

I ordered numerous items over a month ago now, having tried to ring there number more times than I would like to say and not once have I managed to speak to anyone from this company. I did however get an email response about 3 weeks ago apologising for the Royal mail not delivering my items and a fresh order would be raised and I'd get my items with in a week. This never happened obviously, I've tried emailing again with out a response. I will say one thing about this company stay well away.

Ordered items 4th September, due for delivery by 9th September. No further updates.

Website has been shut for maintenance for some time and many other people are being ghosted trying to get their goods

I made an order on the 7 Sept. Received an email to say it was being processed. The money was taken out of my account but still no delivery! The website is now offline being updated. I can’t even contact them.

Awful order never arrived, website down and no response from email enquiry.

Is this a scam company?
I placed my order on the 8/9/2022 and have had no response at all despite sending emails, whatever else you do don't use this company!

No reply and no sign of my order placed on the 7th September. Website unavailable and my emails and calls are being ignored 😡😡

Same as everyone placed an order in August and received nothing totally disgusting needs reporting to trading standards.

Ive contacted PayPal and they have returned my money

I am having a terrible experience with this company. I made my order on 6 August 22and it has yet to be delivered (or even dispatched, as I have had no communication about this). Worse still, I have made 5 email enquires about it, both of which have been ignored. I feel I now need to explore how I get my money back, which will probably have to be done through my bank, since the company won’t respond.

This company is a total con, placed an order, promised delivery. When contacted blamed covid and staff on holiday. A month later and no response will reclaim money through PayPal as they never even responded to my numerous requests for a refund. This is a diabolical company use at your own perial not worth the stress.

Am disgusted with this company ordered oil mid August can’t phone automated message saying email saying reply within 48 hours tried this a few times no response still haven’t received the product. Asked for a refund haven’t received that either. No way to run a business. AVOID

Do not deal with this company, I am still waiting for my order after 3weeks they do not answer the phone, will not take a message or emails, have requested a refund to no avail. Rubbish.

As with most people now posting on Trustpilot - i ordered goods on the 8th September and only "Order being processed" received from them. Website down permanently now so obviously gone BANG !

I think this site is either a scam or it has gone bust. I paid for goods in August and only after chasing did I get a response from Jamie in early September to apologise.
I contacted again last week and still awaiting news.
Tried phoning there tel number today and it appears to be discontinued
