Excellent Customer Experience…

I purchased a pair of D&G shoes and within a week it was delivered to SA. The customer service experience ( WhatsApp & email) was beyond expectation given the distance and time zone. It’s rare to experience this level of service and prompt support, truly commendable! Extremely satisfied with my shoes.

Shopping at Sendegaro is very…

Shopping at Sendegaro is very convenient. The staff here are extremely friendly and helpful—you can contact them not only via email but also through WhatsApp. The items are very well-packaged and protected. I’m very satisfied with this purchase of a Dolce & Gabbana backpack. It’s a classic piece, and I couldn’t find this particular model on any other platform—only here has preserved such refined taste.

Due to a personal issue, there was a problem with my shipping address, but the staff were very proactive in helping me make the necessary changes, which I greatly appreciated. I just want to say that I hope our platform continues to grow and improve. I will definitely choose your platform again in the future.

Not recommended – poor customer service
Two emails to were ignored. The return label was only sent after 2 days, despite the return period being just 7 days. The return has long since arrived at Sendegaro, but I’ve been waiting over a week for my refund – with no response. Additionally, they intend to deduct over CHF 80.– for return shipping and restocking. Unprofessional and not trustworthy. I will definitely not order from them again.

Your return request was submitted on March 25, 2025, and the return label was issued promptly two days later, on March 27, 2025. As clearly stated in our return policy, the return window is preserved as long as the return request is submitted within the allowed timeframe, which you did.

The returned item was received on April 2, 2025, and was refunded 6 working days later. As outlined in our policy, refunds may take up to 14 days from the date of receipt. We are still well within that timeframe, and your refund will be issued accordingly.

Regarding the 5% restocking fee, this is transparently stated in our return policy and is standard practice for returns of this nature. We are committed to being upfront and clear with our terms, and there is no intention to withhold or obscure any information from our customers.

We understand delays can be frustrating, but we kindly ask for your patience while our team completes the refund process within the stated timeframe. Threatening language is neither necessary nor constructive — we are here to help and are simply following the return policy you agreed to at the time of purchase.

Returns are a nightmare

Great selection and fast shipping but the returns process has been a nightmare. I had to badger them for 4 business days just to get a return label sent to me, and now they've had my return back for 5 business days with no refund. I emailed customer service twice regarding this and received no response. DO NOT shop here if you plan on returning anything.

Almost seems too good to be true

Almost seems too good to be true. I’ve purchased three times. Each piece was received in perfect condition, original tags in place, and with unbelievably fast shipping, especially considering I’m in the United States. I have yet to return anything as I’m obsessed with everything so far. I have shared the Sendegaro website with so many women. I cannot imagine anyone not coveting this opportunity to buy designer for such huge reductions!

Very happy and satisfied with the bag

It took almost 2 weeks for the bag to be delivered. Presumably It has been at customs for a number of days, but FedEx did not clarify that and it was not possible to get in contact with FedEx. However i’m very happy and satisfied with the beautiful bag 👍🏻!

WARNING!!!!!

Awful service! Sent my husband a link for a bag, he bought it but they sent the wrong colour. By the time I opened the present they said it was too late to return. This after not replying to emails etc. Also they said the price included tax - we had to pay 100s to get it from customs. Don’t buy from this lot. May seem like a bargain but if anything goes wrong they won’t take responsibility or help. Unlike other reputable companies like Yoox who look after customers.

As your order was made on 23rd November, it was delivered on 25th November, 2 days later as promised with our express courier service.

Your husband sent us an email over 27 days later claiming we sent him the incorrect bag, then retracted and wanted it to exchange where the returns policy strictly states 14 days return window.

We appreciate that you have taken your time to leave a review, but we would also appreciate honesty from our customers.

Good price

Good price, quick delivery but a little disappointed because the dress is beautiful but arrived without number tag and characteristics. Also the silk of the dress was damaged in a small part.

Regarding the number tag and characteristics of the dress you have purchased (which is beautiful, by the way), it is a limited runway dress exclusively sold to private clients by Dolce & Gabbana. Unfortunately, some limited pieces won't include such tags as you may see in retail stores. We were honoured to acquire them, and now they are in your grace to wear.

As for the damaged part, I believe one of our team members reached an agreement you seemed satisfied with.
