Ordered a bag, took the money and it didn’t even come. Took me about 2 weeks to even speak to someone about a refund. All seems a bit dodgy. Will never order from there again.

Service was abysmal
Service was abysmal, took weeks to arrive and the quality of the bag I bought is disgusting the clasp doesn’t keep the bag shut so all my things fall out. To return the website has “please email to return” I haven’t had a response so I have a £80 handbag that can’t be used hanging on the back of my bedroom door that will never be used. Everyone who I show it too says “ohh that’s not a bad fake at all is it!” Which is disappointing when it isn’t a fake! Avoid this company at all costs or be left disappointed!!

My first order was a Valentino fanny pack, and it came in a timely fashion, and packing presentation was good. I ordered my second purchase, and used sezzle to pay in 4. I know from experience sezzle doesn't deal with fugazy stores, so I am feeling confident.

I bought Valentino bags & belt - amazing experience!
I ordered two Valentino bags and one belt for myself. The shopping experience was very good. The products shipped from Italy and got delivered on time. I did not have to worry about customs release for them - the company took care of everything - and the shipping was free! I am very happy with the products I have received, the quality is good and very good value for money. Will buy from Sendegaro again.
I have only one feedback - the product size was not very clearly depicted on the website. Although they have given the dimensions, pictorial representation can be more informative for customers browsing online. Hence, one of the bags I had ordered was bigger than I had expected - I am happy with the purchase regardless.

I use an app "Shop" that collectively show me all my tracking n' orders, my order with Sendègaro was a Dolce and Gabbana jacket, they displayed this item in a mini viewing window by the order tracking. it's only a small touch, but it's attention to detail that shows these people really care for their customers..
I also received a person welcome email from one of the Sendègaro owners welcoming me onboard, envisioning a bright future. Nice personal touchs are nice to see
