I used the services of Sense Financial for the first time around 2009. They were extremely helpful and patient in guiding me through the document preparation for my self-directed IRA. They spent a lot of time explaining the benefits and procedures associated with a self-directed IRA. The process went flawlessly. They have continued to review and monitor my account throughout the years. They periodically offered suggestions. For example, about 2 years ago they discovered how I could save hundreds of dollars per year on IRA custodian fees. They advised me of the situation and guided me through the process for switching to another custodian that charges much lower fees.
