Reliable
I’ve had my retirement plan for a number of years now, but still run into a few things here and there, such as filling out forms correctly, understanding how my plan works.. etc… The client portal is a great help, whatever you need to know is on the portal. Whenever I need additional help there’s a team of people to help you out. The Customer Service is top notch. Sense Financial is a great company

They are independent financial advisors as such they can ensure you get the best at the best price rather than a tied agent who can only recommend one company.
My advisor Gary proved to be a valuable asset allowing me to retire in my early 50s. His draw down pension advice has made dramatic changes in my life possible.
In addition his dedication to customer service means he has gone on to answer some of my questions even though it is no longer of any financial value to him.
