I visited a store inLincoln recently and bought some sandals. They have been so comfortable so I have bought some more. I have had a number of positive remarks from friends about the sandals.
I’m really pleased with my purchases and the service received both in the shop and online

Terrible experience with an online sale. Even had a communication from them that contravened the Consumer Rights Act.
Skechers sandals, ordered through Amazon, were sent in a plastic bag. The stitching on top had frayed. Within 5 minutes of opening I contacted ShoeZone. The tone of their replies and further requests for information made me feel as if I had done something wrong. And then I asked about returning the goods and then they said I had no consumer rights about claiming the costs of travelling to a post office. Poor communication from them throughout. Will never deal with them again.

Been a customer for years. No more. Ordered pink and black pair beach mules...been ordering them for years...wear them as slippers. Both size 6...pink pair fine..but the black pair not so much! Not only were they way bigger than a size 6 ..one was bigger than the other!!! I sent pics and explained the situation to Shoezone....their reply was completely dismissive...because apparently...variations in sizes can happen???!!! Only choice I have is to get to a shop and return..or return via post but pay for postage myself? Even tho these are clearly faulty! They just didn't care...so I shall not be ordering anything again. Disgraceful customer service.

Fantastic shop and next day delivery So reliable and Staff in the Poole Store are lovely and very friendly and helpful . Took back 2Pairs of shoes as too small got refunded straight away. And had different size delivered to me next day after ordering at No charge. I will definitely be buying more shoes 🥿 there again

Shoes are great, however the delivery not so much. Waited in all day for Evri to deliver, 1st I knew about delivery was made was the rate us email. No knock/doorbell rang, just left outside door for anyone to have at.

The on-line returns process too complicated - why 3 photos of an obvious fault!
So went to a shop as we were near one. They were confused by it all but were extreamly helpful so 5* to them.
The replacement arrived the next day as promised but the warehouse cant read. On the shoe it very clearly showa size 11 (EU 46) on the bag they were in a lable which had size 12 on it was covering another lable wi 46 on it. Size 12 UK is EU 47 and that was what was ordered.
Tried to return on line as advided by customer servise - WRONG tghis order cannot be returned on line only in a shop.
So once again I have to find a shop pay more parking charges just to return something they incorrectly delivered.
As you may guess I was not best pleased.

Such fantastic communication and great price for shoes. I needed to get my kids some sandals before we went in holiday, was browsing inking and used Shoezone: great selection and price. They let me know my order was confirmed, when it was found and packed at the warehouse and when it was sent. They told me it was next day delivery (I was skeptical, but I shouldn't of been) Shoes arrived next day as promised and are great. Will definitely recommend and use again. Fantastic customer care.

I had to contact Shoezone because I had not received my order. Was told the order had been sent back by evri, which I had not done. The agent was so helpful and has now resent the order by the post office. I have never had any problems with delivery before and can not thank the agent who I spoke to enough for sorting things out.

Good next day free delivery, good choices on Web site, good quality and great value for money. I will order from this site Shoe Zone again .
