Easy to use website, next day delivery available for free even when ordering on a Sunday. Great range of products all at reasonable prices. Some good buys also to be seen in the discounted range. Overall a good shopping experience for me.

Been a customer for many years. Order all my clothing and shoes online as I'm disabled. This time was 2 pairs of slippers as gifts. One pair arrived with dirty stains on the fur so I went on live chat. Was offered 10% off as the slippers were still useable (!!) or to send back. I explained couldn't get to a store to return them and was basically told Tough - either return or it's your problem, not ours. Won't be ordering again - shame as everything else I've had from here has been great.

Very good experience in store, plenty of space and sizes to choose from. Only negative is I noticed a couple of shoes had been damaged a little in the box including the pair I most wanted.

Easy to order on line and collect from store.

Easy online ordering next day free delivery always have items on sale good selection of shoes and bags. My item this time is grey clogs which are great value for money true yo size and good quality also kept upto date with item,s delivery times. Would recommend this item and this company

Ordered some sandals on Thursday because they were advertised free next day delivery. Finally arrived on Sunday afternoon. Very disappointed. Will not use again.

I have never bought shoes fromshoezone before but looking for a pair of Totes flipflops their website popped up in my search.
The exact pair I wanted were available on offer and so I purchased them. the package arrived really quickly they fit really well and are very comfortable ideal for my holiday. I will definately be using their site again.

Pretty little shoes, Wore them shopping once and they then started to squeek to the extent they drove me mad. I took them back with the receipt the manager said I know its an annoying noise but I can't take them back as you've worn them. I said well surely they are faulty. Only to be told squeeking is not a fault.. sorry can't refund..tried to give them to charity shop i told them they squeeked and they didn't want them, they said they would probably be brought back ! won't be buying from shoezone again..
Waste of time contacting customer services they want video photos and receipt.. too much hassle.
If a manager who sees and agrees whith my problem but says squeeking is not a fault what are they gonna do ,!

Just the sandals I was looking for.

I always take a size 12 these sliders are huge I have at least 2 inches behind my heel and my feet slip forward not at all safe

Very easy to order with free delivery for following day. Left exactly where I asked as I wasn’t in .

Ordered 4 pairs of sandals on Monday. Checked the tracker on Friday and still not dispatched. Contacted Shoezone who said they can’t be delivered to a locker. I work all day so preferred delivery to a locker so that the parcel isn’t sitting on my doorstep. Why give the option??? Why wasn’t I contacted?
I gave my home address and was told I’d have next day delivery. Late Friday night I received an email saying my sandals had been returned and a refund had been processed.
Thanks Shoezone. Won’t rely on your online shopping again.
