Phil who helped me with the purchase was really good. Made courtesy calls and made sure I had opportunity to ask questions. Explained extras such as service packages clearly but wasn't overly pushy. I felt the price was fair and the price for my car as part exchange was also fair. My new car was in great condition when I picked it up.
