Going into this I was very nervous, but the staff made me feel very relaxed and made the whole thing really easy for me.

Very friendly and patient service. Would recommend to others seeking an easy diagnostic path.

They really do provide a great service from the beginning. Waiting times aren't long compared to other providers, and they've always been super professional. I never felt lost or unsure of what the next steps are and what was happening in my diagnosis and treatment journey.

Skylight Psychiatry have literally changed my life! Through Right to choose, I had my consultation and diagnosis of ADHD. The wait for titration appointment felt really long as I was waiting - with ADHD waiting for anything can make you feel stuck and unable to proceed with anything. The process around getting my first prescription was extremely thorough, due to some medical conditions, extra checks were needed and a cautious approach was taken. I am now, I believe on a good dosage, my life has massively changed and over 40 years after leaving school, I'm going to university in a few weeks to study Psychology! Thank you Megan in particular.

My entire diagnostic experience with skylight has been great. Every part of the assessment process was explained and updates were given.

I also went through medication titration with Shamir. He has really supported me in being able to be on the right medication and dosage for me. He listened to all my concerns and helped me understand any worries I had, and gave me great advice on managing my ADHD.

I wanted to express how wonderful the experience was. Going into the appointment, I felt quite anxious, but she completely put me at ease. The whole session felt less like a clinical evaluation and more like having a relaxed chat with a friend.She was incredibly calm, non-judgemental, and easy to talk to, which made it so much easier for me to open up and answer questions honestly.Please pass along my sincere thanks to her. The exceptional care and comfort she provided made a huge difference to my experience.

Very thorough. Evidence based. Kind. Impressive process

Skylight Psychiatric has been so good to deal with, I waited over 5 years for an adult ADHD assessment on the NHS before discovering the Right to Choose Pathway, I chose Skylight simply because of of geographical location, but I couldn't be happier with the service, communication has been spot on, my assessment was scheduled sooner than anticipated and Jordanna who saw me was more than helpful, she made the whole process feel natural and conversational. I would definitely recommend Skylight to anyone needing their services.

Very professional, and so pleased I went to right to choose , and went with Skylight , very quickly as well , was nervous before video call , but once got going was fine and being myself , Hannah was brilliant, friendly and professional, was diagnosed today , but kind of always known , struggled a lot in my early days , and so pleased now I know , here's to the future

Shamir has been fantastic at listening and helping with my ADHD titration.
Shamir is a tentative health practitioner who asks on what you feel is best for your own treatment pathway. The ADHD medication Shamir has provided has been truly life changing. It is always a pleasure to speak with him.

Amazing service with wonderful and helpful staff. They have changed my life around and helped me through my struggles with ADHD. Megan is fantastic and I can’t praise her enough, she has guided me through the process, making it easy to adapt to changes I’ve made in my life. She has been very professional throughout but has also been very easy to talk to about any problems or worries I’ve had. Couldn’t have done it without her and skylights help.

They are always reply promptly and are very easy to get in contact with if there are any issues. I would highly recommend this service to anyone who has undiagnosed ADHD as it’s changed my life.

I have nothing else but thoroughly positive reviews about the service. The before process was so easy and well instructed. The assessment was booked with minimal wait time and I cannot thank Edward enough for his time and patience throughout my assessment. NHS wait lists are so long. I would recommend everyone uses the right to choose.

I am incredibly happy with my experience with Skylight. I was only referred for an assessment 4 to 5 weeks ago and have already completed it. I was extremely nervous beforehand, but Jack was absolutely incredible. He immediately put me at ease, and even though I talked nonstop, he was so patient and understanding. I highly recommend Skylight to anyone struggling with their mental health. The experience helped me learn so much about myself and finally gave me answers to the challenges I’ve faced from childhood into my adult life."

I have emailed multiple times and not had a reply. 😡 I feel like the assessment time is great, that happened really quickly. But having to wait 5 months for medication or to start therapy is excessive. Also takes 5 weeks for the report to come back, and mines been longer than that. My friend went through another pathway on right to choose around a month after me, and she’s had her assessments and is already starting medication. I’m desperate for the help I need, as my mind is taking over my life. Please respond to my emails!

I had my on-line ADHD assessment yesterday. I was apprehensive about how it was going to be but Stephanie was very reassuring and it all went very smoothly. She was calm and described things that I didn’t understand with clarity.
I’m now waiting to have my autism assessments with less anxiety after yesterday‘s experience. Thank you Stephanie.
