However instead of 2 charges I had 3 taken from my account.
I contacted the help email and the reply was this email is now closed down and use an alternative which I did 3 times they asked for
The car make - reg - colour - booking number- the bank the money came from - a photo of the charges - what time date and year the booking was made ( they don’t make it easy ! )
And had absolutely no reply or refund since.
I’m writing this one off and definitely advise not using them.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Booked a meet and greet service at East Midlands airport for four nights of parking. The booking wasn't cheap. Once I had made the payment for my booking I received an email informing me that I would also have to pay the entrance and exit fee at the airport carpark, an additional £12. I have used meet and greet services a number of times in the past and have never had to do this. Tried to call them immediately to cancel my booking but they were closed over the weekend.
I contacted the company and was pretty much told its in the small print - it certainly isnt made clear during the booking process. I would advise anyone considering using this company to look elsewhere!

The ride experience back and forth was very smooth and easy to locate. No issues. Tarek the driver was very helpful.

I booked meet and greet at Stansted, I’ve always used Skypark and they normally are very good, when I printed out the booking details in the information section (this printed but when booking on your phone you have to manually open it!) it states you have to pay an extra £20 entrance and exit fees, I feel like I’ve been scammed, so if you book through Skypark, check that you’re not in the ‘pretend’ meet and greet, you’ll end up paying more!! I did contact them but they’re not interested!! Shame, won’t be using again
Use SkyPark at your own risk
I made a genuine mistake of entering the wrong return date and identified this immediately. I phoned immediately to request a correction, but the staff member I spoke to was rude, dismissive, repeatedly interrupted me and insisted that nothing could be done except charging me £20 upon my return. While abroad, I received notice from the airline that my return flight had been postponed by a further day, I contacted SkyPark again to explain that this change was entirely outside my control. The phone line quality was poor, but it was made clear that I would be charged yet another £20. When I attempted to call back for clarification, the call was cut off multiple times. I also sent a text message explaining the situation, which was ignored. I have since paid £40 upon my return and requested a receipt but have not received it.

They offer a good price; but then charge a passenger fee each way to terminal .... where else do they think we have to get to? Having booked and taken on the additional fees - they they hiked the fees up per person, each way ... really upset and cross about this. Having contacted them to cancel the booking (with over 3 months notice); they refused to refund the booking fee (yes another hidden cost). Please avoid them. Really unfair business practice.

la experiencia mala, la ida bien, llamamos 10 minutos antes y nos recogieron el coche, a la vuelta llamamos cuando habiemos bajado del avion y ya teniamos las maletas con nosotros, tal y como nos habian dicho y cuando vamos a recoger el coche, tenemos que pagar 10€ para salir de la zona donde nos estaban esperando, una estafa total

It was very very smooth, well organised and very professional people to deal with.
Next time I will defiantly use you again. BUT DIRECTLY THIS TIME.
I called skypark directly and I told them that they’ve got my times wrong. Instead of 11lm it’s 11am for both departure and arrival.
They turn around an said they can’t adjust the time without penalty. I was like what’s B….cks. I call Lg parking directly and they handle my quiet as it should be. They said no issues at all and changed that over with in seconds.
So everyone, call LG PARKING directly, don’t USE SKYPARK website. All they want it take your money twice rather then helping you to correct the time by few clicks to that keyboard. WELL DONE SKYPARK; YOUVE GOT A NEGATIVE REVIEW AND LOST ANOTHER CUSTOMER.
Booked parking at Manchester NCP via…
Booked parking at Manchester NCP via SkyParkSecure. Nearly missed holiday as refused parking on arrival due to having a “camper van”. It’s a SWB transporter van that fits in a regular parking space. Never had this before. Registration and details of vehicle given at time of booking.
So beware! I wasn’t alone as outside the parking was jammed with desperate people in the same situation abandoning their vehicles.
When contacted neither sky park or NCP were interested in recognising this issue. I should have read the terms and conditions of the individual park! Suggested I claim it on my insurance! It clearly is an issue with drastic expensive consequences to customers missing flights.
The 5 min transfer was more like a 30 min wait too! Not a fan. Rarely leave reviews but compelled to do so this time.
Left us stranded on return.…
If I realised that we would end up walking three quarter of a mile back from the airport to the car on the skypark carpark , all at 4am on a wet morning I wouldn't of bothered using the service. No signage at the bus pick up area at the terminals to indicate where you are picked up from, and non of the other drivers of transport at the airport knew anything about skypark. No out of hours contact either, so consider a very expensive taxi or a walk back.

Thank you, SkyPark! My husband and I are in our 70's and we used your services with our two little grandsons (4 and 7) and it was so easy and so quick! Even with all the luggage, the little boys, and our bad knees SkyPark made it all so efficient! The driver was helpful and professional and careful with all of us AND our luggage. Thank you for making the start of our trip and the end of our trip a pleasure!

Each time we have used this service it has been a very easy and professional service from the booking, through leaving our car in safe place, our quick trip to the airport. On return in the past we were quickly picked up at the allotted place and returned to Sky Park to pick up our car. Our driver Terry yesterday was very friendly and efficient. Skypark Melbourne
This was my second time using the carpark. The first time, from 25 September 2024 to 1 November 2024, I parked my car on the 4th floor, and the experience was seamless. The process was straightforward, and the shuttle service to and from the airport was excellent. I felt confident in using the service again based on that positive experience.
For my second visit, I opted for valet parking. I handed over my key to the attendant, who assured me that my car would be parked on the lower ground level. Because of my previous positive experience, I felt comfortable trusting the process.
However, when I returned yesterday, I was disappointed by the condition of my car. It was so dirty that I barely recognized it—thick dust covered the windows, and spider webs had formed on both rearview mirrors. I asked the attendant if the car had been parked outside. He denied it but kindly offered to let me use the washing bay to clean the windows so I could see through them.
Out of curiosity, I checked the lower ground parking area where my car had supposedly been parked. None of the other vehicles there appeared dirty, dusty, or covered in spider webs like mine. This left me questioning whether my car had indeed been parked undercover as promised.
On the positive side, the shuttle service to and from the airport remains excellent, and the overall process is efficient and seamless. However, I recommend parking your car yourself and keeping the key to ensure it stays in the condition you expect. My trust in the valet service has unfortunately been shaken.

I was very impressed with SkyPark
I was very impressed with SkyPark. The whole experience was seamless from booking, to driving into the car park and getting onto the shuttle bus. It was also very easy to be collected from the airport to be taken back to SkyPark. The car park is also very secure with staff always on-site monitoring the car park. I will most certainly use SkyPark again.

Very good experience with this airport parking. Great service and very precise. We had an early Sunday flight and there was a driver ready for us to take us to the airport in a brand new mini van. On return they waited for us outside the airport.

In februari hebben wij via Sky-Park geparkeerd bij hotel Hyatt voor 10 dagen. Met het reserveren van de parkeerplek ging alles goed, we kregen instructies waar we moesten parkeren via de mail. Bij aankomst bij het Hyatt moesten we een telefoonnummer bellen om de poort te openen. Dit nummer deed het 5x niet. We hebben toen de klanten service gebeld, het telefoonnummer wat we via sms hebben gekregen. Dit meisje kon ons ook niet helpen, maar na 15 minuten proberen heeft ze eindelijk de slagboom open gekregen. We waren dus al een half uur voor de slagboom aan het wachten voordat deze eindelijk open ging.
Vervolgens ging het op de terugweg helemaal mis. We kregen instructie via de mail dat we moesten wachten op een shuttle bus die zou komen bij vertrekhal 3 en tussen de punten A en B zou stoppen. Hier hebben we drie kwartier gestaan en toen zijn we verder gaan zoeken. Het telefoonnummer wat erbij stond speelde een bandje af wat in een ‘loop’ belandde, hierdoor werd er eerst 2x hetzelfde gezegd en volgde erna pas wat de instructies waren. Op dit bandje werd gezegd dat we naar C13 moesten gaan en daar in een busje van Ramada moesten stappen. Hier hebben we wederom een half uur staan wachten omdat we het busje net gemist hadden. Vervolgens reden we met het busje mee en bleek deze alleen naar het Ramada hotel te rijden!! Dus stonden we ineens bij het Ramada hotel. Gelukkig was deze mevrouw zo lief om ons weer mee te nemen naar Schiphol. Aldaar hebben we uiteindelijk het juiste busje gevonden voor het Hyatt hotel, maar deze stopte dus op A bij de aankomst hal! Tótaal anders als een van onze instructies die we hadden gekregen aangaf! De dame van het Ramada hotel heeft ons dit verteld, anders hadden we nog lang kunnen zoeken… Sky-Park heeft geen telefoonnummer die je kunt bellen om een klacht in te dienen en laten je gewoon aan je lot over. Ik vind het daarnaast zeer slecht dat als je een mailtje stuurt met je telefoonnummer, ze je totaal niet terug bellen of mailen. Het interesseert ze gewoon niks. Hele slechte service en voor ons nooit meer parkeren via Sky-Park.
