Had a problem with my Smeg BCC02 coffee machine, which I returned under warranty. The whole experience was first class customer service from start to end. No questions asked, Smeg just handled the problem efficiently and Dan communicated very well throughout the process to keep me updated.

Going straight to Smeg spares to find a replacement part for an old but fully functional dishwasher was easy. When I supplied the wrong model number I was able to return the part with no hassle and helpful friendly advice by email to return it for replacement. Some otherwise hard to find spares are ordered direct from Italy when alternative suppliers are unable to help.

Had water leakage issue on my BC002, under warranty. Initial email communication was to do various tests and when they arranged collection it was a week to deliver back. Yet to receive but I'm sure it will be fine. Dan dealt with my case.

Also did not cause issues as the company I bought it off went bust. Overall very pleased with the service 👌🏻

Requested a wiring diagram for my Smeg cooker and received it the next day. The quality of the cooker is awful, but the service is good!

I wanted to follow up after my poor review after return of my SMEG espresso machine from repair . Dan was excellent and really hopeful. The machine was returned having been repaired but still wasn’t able to produce coffee through filter cup and Dan advised me to clean the filter cup as this can be the problem. It turned out that this was additional problem which I fixed after following Dan’s instructions. Thank you Dan and team!
