From start to finish the support team were helpful and informative keeping me updated with progress and helping with questions as well as getting packing etc to me. First Mike, then Dan were both incredibly patient and helpful.

I had a really positive experience. Dan has been super-helpful in organising for our SMEG bean-to-cup coffee machine picked up, fixed and returned. The whole process was really straightforward and Dan was always quick to respond to my emails and give me updates on the progress of the repairs.

After checking with Servevast I ordered a part for an old dishwasher; I had to wait for 10 days for delivery. It didn't fit anywhere and I couldn't figure out how to use it. Customer Service started off helpful but ended up telling me I was on my own as the part was for installation and so not part of their remit. Eventually I discovered I didn't even need it. I only got a refund after repeatedly contacting Customer Services and getting a final, surly, dismissive, rude email.

My coffee machine broke, I registered the problem with Smeg online. Shortly after, a representative emailed me with details of how they would collect the product, they even sent me out packaging! My machine was then repaired within a week and delivery back to me is now scheduled.

Great service, quick and efficient. My SMEG bean to cup coffee machine was showing a fault signal. Reported, collected, repaired and returned with no fuss in a less than a week. Good communication. Gives additional confidence to buy SMEG products in future.

When we reported a fault with our coffee machine, we received a fast response and it was arranged for collection the same week.
We had it delivered back to us, fully working within only a few days.

The speed and the quality of service was exemplary. Unfortunately things go wrong, a coffee machine after 15 months, but we interacted with Dan who just got it done! Prompt emails and door to door collection and repair in 7 days.

We had good service and communications from Dan and minor repairs to a coffee machine were carried out under warranty without quibble, performed quickly and the machine returned in full working order.
The only suggested improvement would be for couriers DHL to be more precise in pick-up/drop off or allow lockers to be used.

I needed my bean to cup espresso machine to be repaired due to an unusual fault.
After a few messages I was directed to the relevant service and action was taken immediately. The whole process collection, repair and return went very smoothly. I made an enquiry on line regarding my smeg grill element and less than a hour later i had a reply very fast.
i ordered the part along with a couple of other items and had next day delivery great company. and the service they provide could not be better 10/10
