I ordered a new lid for my grandsons expensive smiggle water bottle because the previous lid fell apart!! It cost me £5 and £5 for delivery, it never arrived and for some reason it went back to the store ....5 weeks later iv just been refunded £5!!! Dont bother ordering online!!

No communication whatsoever.
I ordered an item online and did not receive any confirmation email, I emailed customer services to confirm I had an order and have yet to hear back from them 2 days later, meanwhile the item has infact arrived again no email to tell me and was left by the side of my house, luckily I seen it before it went missing as I had no idea it was even out for delivery nevermind delivered.
I am happy with the item itself so no complaints there.

Signed up for VIP member, tried several times! I emailed customer services and with the expected time to respond I have decided not to bother, large order planned.

Now I’ve seen reviews I’m glad I didn’t bother with them.

If I’ve signed up to something and offered the chance of a discount code it’s always been pretty instant.

My daughter had a water bottle from this company that you couldn't drink from,real dodgy . They send out faulty goods, then expect you to pay to return it. You contact their customer service and get no reply.

Ordered 8 items in the sale, most were then cancelled due to no stock. I tried to cancel remaining items but was refused so I ending up paying £4.99 delivery for items worth less than £1.50!
Very disappointing. Will not bother to buy from Smiggle again

Wow. Don't send orders in time and don't let you cancel as soon as you have pressed 'confirm order'. Can't believe this greedy company and how they treat their customers. Will definitely not buy from them again in future.

Awful company. Do not use. Sent broken water bottle. Refused to reply to request for a refund.

Very disappointing experience, both in-store and with customer service over the phone.

I submitted a formal complaint, but it was never acknowledged or addressed.

Given this level of service, I am surprised the company continues to operate in this way.

Extremely disappointing customer service.

I contacted the company regarding missing items from my order. Instead of investigating the issue or even asking which items was missing, customer service focused solely on requesting a photo of the label.

I provided a clear and readable photo as requested. After doing exactly what was asked of me, I received no meaningful update and no apparent effort to address the actual problem.

The most frustrating part is that nobody even seemed interested in finding out what was missing from the package. The issue itself was ignored while I was repeatedly asked for information I had already provided.

Poor communication, poor handling of customer complaints, and a complete lack of urgency. I am still waiting for a proper response and a resolution.

I would not recommend this company based on my experience.

Avoid the spritz bottles! Bought 2 of them, 1 lasted less than a week and the other lasted just a few weeks. If you drop them once ONCE then the 2 parts of the top will become detached. This happened with both lids in the same place, so clearly a weak point.
Contacted customer services and was told to buy a replacement lid. Erm no thank you! The cost of these bottles is already a joke and then to have them break so easily is insane. These are bottles aimed at children, didn't they test them on children to see if they would last??

Overpriced rubbish with customer service to match!
We bought various bottles for our 1 year old, of course these get abused and thrown on the floor. Every bottle we had either leaked or broke as soon as it was dropped from the table. Flimsy cheap and brittle plastic.
Also bought a lunch box which the zip broke on after only a few months.
We have had cheap Amazon items which last way beyond Smiggle products.
In store staff are pleasant enough and want to help, but all complaints are pushed to head office who may as well have just put a middle finger up to us.
After 2 months of arguing we get a voucher to go back and choose something else. A metal safe money box, which broke within 2 weeks.
The backpacks look okay but again overpriced.
No chance we will ever buy anything from Smiggle again, what a nightmare.

Absolutely terrible service

Original complaint was due to an out of stock item refunded back onto a gift card which would have been nearly 2 weeks since order placed and binned.

That went down like a led balloon with no remorse or emotion - but I understand.

What I do not understand is I contacted 6 weeks ago with 3 points of contact with NO response.

If I had known what I do I would have been able to resolve quickly.

When asked about what had happened and asked to speak with management she concluded that she was the most senior on shift and I didn’t have grounds to speak with a manager.

Now I’m extremely angry and will be doing everything I can until I hear from management.

Be prepared when ordering online for a delivery order. Smiggle feel it is acceptable to send packages in cheap flimsy boxes which get ripped and re tapped during their transit.
My order arrived in a box that looked like the van drove over it and then used a roll of tape to put it back together. I contacted Smiggle as the items purchased were a gift and the boxes inside the delivery package were squashed, ripped and damaged. They did apologise for the delay in the delivery however as the the contents arriving in damaged boxes, they couldn’t care less. Their customer services team took a week to advise they would not compensate, I would have to pay for the return via courier so again I would be out of packet as I was left with purchases I couldn’t give as a gift! Beware as they have no customer service skills and I have been a reoccurring customer but not anymore.order placed 28 April 2026, email advised it was delayed 06 May, arrived 8 May 2026 in unrecognisable condition even the courier was embarrassed!

I've never used them in my life, but they keep continuously spamming my email.

I wish they'd pack it in!

Would have given negative star rating if that was an option. It is a fraud company..they did not deliver the product and now they are not responding for refund request even after chasing for more than a month. Looks like this is their modus operandi- do not deliver the product and happily keep the money without responding for refund requests.

I had to order a new spritz top for a bottle when my granddaughter dropped and broke it. Order was handled very efficiently and sent out / delivered without any hiccups. Being a bit of an idiot I managed to throw the old top out with the straw. Anyway I called up and they immediately desptached a couple of spare straws free of charge. What more could you ask for.

I bought my daughter a Smiggle backpack, water bottle, pencil case, pens & soft toy for her birthday. I was really disappointed to see that the backpack arrived with a broken part (zipper) and so did the fidget pen. For the cost and popularity of Smiggle products, I expected better quality. Won't be ordering again!

Very disappointed with Smiggle customer service - I requested a delivery charge refund as my parcel was badly damaged - note the items inside were not damaged- but I feel when paying delivery charges the item should be packed appropriately and arrive well packed - no responsibility for the company Smiggle use to deliver parcels- Evri ! ! I will not use either company again -Smiggle do not sell " cheap goods " that is why i chose to buy from them originally, but they're obviously not interested in customer service once they have taken the money for purchases from genuine customers

I had to return items as not suitable i had to pay £7.50 myself to return them, had i known this i would never had ordered from them in the first place, i wont order from them again !!
