I searched the Web using the manufacturers part code. Spare hut came up with a part that looked correct on their Web site. The description included my car range and date of manufacture. I bought the part on line. It didn't fit. I advised them of this and apparently its my fault for not checking with them before purchase! It was their description along with part code that convinced me the goods were right and yet I am expected to pay for the return of the part. This is contrary to the Consumer Rights Act. So my advise Is, either ALWAYS email them before purchase OR do not buy from them as they do not abide by the UK laws.

I bought a BMW door lock (F10) and it caused issues with the car and didn't work. Contacted them through their website and emailed them. Totally ignored me.

Paid for a part, which was advertised as being available for next-day dispatch. Got an auto reply to acknowledge my order. Never received the part. Never received any further communication from Spares Hut Car, nor any response to, or even acknowledgement of, the emails I sent, to inquire about the delay. Make of all that what you will. I am beyond angry.

Really poor , ordered on Monday - 24 hr delivery , I’m still waiting after Close of Business on Wednesday !. This afternoon I was then told on email- you have to have had your order confirmed by 2pm for it to go out that day? 2PM? - 3 hours before close of business??. Not worth using Spares Hut again. Prices arn’t particularly good - service is poor.

Very fast delivery and parts are what I ordered. Packed with care and very affordable. Will be ordering more bits from here.

Ordered 2 rear brake calipers emailed to confirm that they fitted and was told yes go ahead and order they delivered the wrong ones.the customer service phone number they give is disconnected so you have to communicate by email where they use stalling tactics and then when this fails try to forward the blame to the customer by quoting emails sent by them asking questions aboutthe suitable of the part that they a
said they sent prio to despatch although they could not evidence this because it's not true
They refuse to repay the £9.05 return postage
Do not use the company be warned go elsewhere

I was sold a part for a vw beetle that was advertised for my model i had to send the part back which cost me £11.00 when I contacted spares hut by email. They didn't even reply. I think I sent three emails. Not good.

I ordered a pair of track rod ends and only received one of them. I contacted the company and had no help whatsoever. They refused to check the order at all to see if them made mistake. The price was reasonable and the delivery was fine but the customer service was terrible.

Ordered late friday, asked to cancel said order after an hour as I no longer needed it. Ignored my emails until Sunday 23:17 when they told me said item had already been sent out and that my order was unable to be cancelled and that I should send back when i receive item at my own cost.

Bought a rear caliber for Honda Jazz for £27. Locally it’s £84. Can buy 3 here for the price of one locally. Arrived in 2 days fitted perfectly. A1. Will definitely use again.

I ordered spare on Thursday evening, and paid extra for express delivery. The part did not arrive until Monday. DPD delivery work7 days a week, but it seems that Spares Hut only contracts for them to deliver Monday - Friday . This is very poor when the customer want a part urgently, and pays extra for a poor service.
