I ordered a part for a pegout boxer, but after receiving the part I had to return it because I don't need it anymore, but after I wrote to them every day for a week I never got any reply, I strongly recommend you not to buy on this site, because you will not get any customer support !!!

Good website for ease of finding/ordering parts. Item arrived (Car Suspension Control Arm) and appears to be a quality part at a very competitive price. I ordered the item on Friday at 1415 and immediately received an automated email confirming purchase and reaffirming their aim to deliver within 24 Hrs. Unfortunately this was not the case and item arrived Wed 1230 (Evri), a query ref delivery update on Monday has yet to be responded to! Would use the company again, but only for items I’m not needing in a hurry.

Avoid! They use AI and if it goes wrong there is no one to help! They're taking your money for parts and DHL deliver and so you never get the item you pay for!

I have ordered a part from your website, it said delivered but never received the item, I have been trying to contact since Thursday but there is no contact number or email on website, I want to know what happened to my order.

I am beginning to think.this site is not legitimate. Ordered Dyson spare part and never received..Unable to contact via phone and numerous emails never get answered.

Do not buy from this website. Ordered a part, which didn't even get delivered as the wrong address was put on it. The company wanted me to pay for the postage to have it resent. After asking for the refund the company then take 15% off the refund for restocking. Do not waste time in buying from this website. They are a pure con!

Sadly this appears to be a scam website. The phone number listed on the website does not correspond to a real number 020 3868 3216. The email address returns an automated reply. The chat service returns an automated response. The address refers to a remote rental office in London which might not belong to the owner of the website. I haven't been able to get in touch with anyone or get my money back for my order. This needs to be reported to the authorities.

I ordered a vacuum part back in February. The part never arrived- I’ve sent over 30 emails to the company and only get sporadic and delayed responses. After two months of pestering they finally agreed to send another part. However I’ve received an email saying the part has been shipped but the tracking number doesn’t work and the company have not replied to my emails asking where the part is and how to track it. I spent nearly £100 and I’m starting to think I’ll never get the part or see this money again. Very unhappy.

Update to the above, having done more research I am highly suspicious the company is a scam. I reported to PayPal and thankfully they are refunding me. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Ordered 12 days ago. Still not received. Unresponsive to my emails. Not even a proper company, it’s a sole trader. Doesn’t answer the phone. Will have to do a chargeback.HUT4581

Order HUT4571 placed on 19/04/2024.The company is quick to accept payment but from there onwards you are on your own.As a delivery estimate of latest 26th April passed with no communication at all,I have written numerous emails to try and get some response from the company to no avail.My first email,on 30th April,received a response to say the item was being sent but no tracking was provided.No response since then.ABSOLUTE THIEVES

Have you noticed that after receiving a number of 1 star reviews there will suddenly be a bunch of 5 star reviews being posted by individuals who have only a single posted review on Trustpilot(presumably they were so impressed with Spares Hut that they felt they had to write their first and only review for Spares Hut!!)all in the space of a few days.The aim is obviously to drown out the bad reviews.Highly suspicious activity

The wing mirror I had ordered clearly says it’s a “electric mirror” I had paid a whole mechanic to come out mobily to take the door panel off to just fit the mirror.
Just to find out it ain’t even an electric mirror. HONESTLY wasted my Time And Money since I had also took work off for this.

The reviews on the sigh are ALSO ALL FAKE, I TRY PUT A REVIEW UP AND THEY WILL NOT UPLOAD IT. YOU CAN GO TRY YOUR SELF. ( I think it’s since it’s a bad review) which they don’t want a bad look.

Ordered item on 23rd March, never arrived. Contacted them on the 8th Apr, had a response on the 10th saying they will look into it. Never heard back. Contacted them again on the 15th, 17th, and 22nd. No response. Tried calling them using the number on their website, but getting a response that the number is not in service. Absolute thieves.

They claimed to have sent it, then claimed to have sent my item a seconded time. Yet BOTH times it got lost in the post. They are a bunch of rip of con men. NEVER EVER BUY FROM THEM. You won't get your order and unless you paid by PayPal, you won't get your money back.

TERRIBLE. Unfortunately, I have literally nothing positive to say and question whether this is a legit business. I placed an order in Nov2023 and I am still yet to receive it. I was constantly chasing to finally get a response at the end of January to say that said it was dispatched - they could no provide any evidence of dispatch or a tracking number. I have been asking for a refund since January and all I receive is a response 3 weeks later asking for my PayPal email…. To wish I have responded several times saying it’s the same email address. They are constantly and deliberately delaying a refund and a morally horrific company with no regard for customer service

If my refund was processed please show me receipts. When did I get a confirmation email of this? When did it land in my bank account? What is the reference number?
And finally, why don’t I have the money?

AVOID. Same problem as many other reviewers here. Paid for a dyson vacuum head, and was given an estimated delivery of 14th-18th Mar. Month later and still nothing. Multiple emails sent out to them and no response.

Order tracker link has been broken for weeks and at one point, sparehut.co.uk was broken (instead browsers would be redirected to shopify's homepage).

Exceptionally suspect service - save your money and avoid.

No, I never received your replacement part. Your order tracker link is still in a "we’re getting it ready" status. Share with me the *Royal Mail* tracker link/delivery confirmation please in our email thread.

I see no mention of delays in our email thread outside of the estimated delivery dates given on placing the order.

"It clearly states ... you wasn't actually directly affected..." - your wording is unclear. I have had many enquiries throughout this timeline, all of which have been sent to that email address. My most recent emails have been for requesting a refund, please action it.

With regards to your other replies on recent 1 star reviews, gaslighting me into thinking that a delivery/refund was made without a Royal Mail confirmation or refund receipt is not going to work.

Ordered an attachment for Dyson, due for delivery 20-22 March. Now 04 April, and no delivery. Responded to one email after a few days of sending it, but not the latest one. Also the Whatsapp/Phone number on the website is not in use. Still hoping it will arrive. No doubt they will post a standard response below asking me to email or WhatsApp then not respond. Will never use again...

Update: 15th April now, and still no delivery, but a flurry of emails when I requested a refund from Paypal. They asked for my Paypal email address, then didn't respond when I asked what they meant by a Paypal email address...

Update 19 April: Responded to claims in their response to this review that the item was not delivered by Royal Mail and that no tracking information was provided. Asked them for evidence of delivery. I had no response. I repeated that I asked them what they meant by “PayPal email address”. No response. PayPal have issued me a refund today - they clearly couldn’t provide evidence to them either, or simply - yes, you got it - didn’t respond.

I hope I had checked this before I ordered from this place. The reviews are right, they are rip offs. Placed an order on 17 March which was supposed to come by 21-25 March but no news on it. Have tried to get in touch by email, phone, chat.. no one is helping. I was traveling from Manchester and needed this part by this time. I have traveled now and I spent money for nothing. I want my money back!!

I made an order and have still not received my item. It was expected to arrive by 25 March express and here we are 3 April with no delivery. I emailed them, no response. Contacted them via chat, no response. Phone number not going through and what’sapp number is invalid. Will be reporting tomorrow for my money back.
