Same as all the other reviews still not received money that I'm owed,I logged in 7 days after not receiving money, it still says pending, tried to get hold of them many times to no avail so I've contacted IBAS and the gambling commission. These crooks need their licence taking off them asap,hope everyone gets they're money

Had to wait 2 weeks for my money. Got told b.s and lies or just ignored by them
I notice they were quite happy to still take deposits though during this time.
Got my cash eventually and told them what I thought of them and to close my account

Later on that day they sent me an email saying following an internal review they have decided to close my account LOL.

They don't bet on American horse racing and before the stoppage they couldn't bet at certain English meetings because they were having licensing difficulties. That should be a huge red flag there

Worst bookies I've ever dealt with. Shouldn't be that difficult to be paid out. Recommend you avoid. I've sent an email to the GC telling about their shenanigans and incompetence

Put in for withdrawal last tuesday and still waiting for the cash eight days later. All I got told is delay cos everyone wanting paying and backlog

Would have felt better if they had been honest last week and said it was a cyber attack rather than lying about upgrading the site which kept it down for so long. Why should I trust them ever again

Finally logged onto my account after 6 days and got my money.
Strangely after the so called upgrade it still looks the same
All I got was a message in my inbox saying sorry. No free bet or anything for the inconvenience and trouble it caused not being able to access my cash for so long

Customer service awful. Way you treat your clients is beyond bad.

Horrible customer support. Currently have 160 odd in my account and have 200 pending withdrawal. Unable to get any of this due to this ongoing "technical issue". All i am wanting is to withdraw funds and be done with. Spoken to customer service but keep informing me that can't be of any help.

Website been "upgrading" for 72+ hours and counting. Totally unacceptable. Didn't even get no notice and why is it taking so long? 3 days and counting to just upgrade a site??

Looking at the reviews it seems customer service have given up replying to folks on here. I emailed them Saturday asking about the site but no reply

When it comes back online I won't bother asking for a free bet for the inconvenience as their generosity is shocking

Up until today I’ve had now issues with them. However they are now holding my withdrawal due to a “technical error” and refuse to give me any timescale on when it will be fixed. Shocking that they had no issues in taking my money, but when I have the cheek to make a withdrawal a technical error happens.

Edit - 5 days later, no website, no money, no contact (despite emailing the email address they have given), no timescales and other websites using the ‘third party’ are up and running.

At this point, this is quite clearly theft. I have warned that I will be taking legal action via the County Court, and they still can’t be arsed responding.

Further Update - Their site is live, their financial systems are up and running (as they are more than happy taking peoples money).
Yet I have been told that despite waiting 8 days already, and being no closer to getting my money, they have now decided that they will not release MY money until “early next week”.

If you went to a bank and tried withdrawing your money and they said that they will only let you have it when they decide, no one would stand for it.

Why therefore is this acceptable from this bunch of scam artists??

Tried to open an account with them to place some bets over Cheltenham but I was refused an account? Spoke to live chat but was told the decision was final... I've never used with them before, Im not a pro gambler or anything?! Not sure why they would refuse potential customers, seems a very strange business model.
