I have no idea what my renewal cost or terms are. I had text messages to my phone telling me e-mails had been sent. I checked my spam folder too, but to no avail. The e-mail address must be correct as I still receieved this and other marketing materials

Please can you contact our Sales Dept with your full name, postcode, email address and or policy no. so that we can investigate further.
We have an automated system which sends out renewal reminders including pricing etc, so we will see if we can find a reason why you did not receive these. Please note however that whilst we have visibility over when an email was sent, and to what email address, we cannot guarantee receipt by the intended recipient, as the email may be blocked for some reason after it has been sent.
If that is the case, our sales team can confirm the renewal price to you by responding to your email, or over the phone, or you can log into your Customer Area where you can view the renewal quote.

I had a reminder that my cover for the year was coming to an end .
It was easy to renew, the only small issue was when updating the cover card on my phone the old card was removed which was still in date and replaced with the new one so I have missing days from the old one

Automatic renewal
I was sent an email a couple of weeks before my renewal date telling me if I didn’t contact you then my policy would automatically renew, great. The day off my renewal date I was sent an email saying my policy was up and if I didn’t contact you my policy would expire??

Thank you for your feedback and for renewing your cover with us. Having checked our records it appears that we did try to renew your policy, but for some reason the payment did not get processed by your bank - there could be many reasons for that. When that happens, we email the customer to notify that the payment failed meaning that the policy will no longer auto-renew. The email includes a link to update their card details and manually renew the cover.
