They are see through from the outside except for sharp angles. See it as a mirror shade. More see through than dark glasses. And the colour is less vibrant from ads.

Website says they use Royal Mail when placing order, then tracking information reveals it's actually Evri - the worst delivery company in the UK. Deceitful.

Very disappointed.
Purchased a pair of bike tyres, the delivered wrong ones. When I tried to return them it seems they have gone into liquidation...!?

Ordered 2 items from this company using one of their sister sites, both shown on the site as "in stock" with the promise of next day shipping, etc...

Over a week later I received an email stating that because one item was out of stock nether had been shipped yet. When I queried why I had been told both were shown as in stock and why it had taken a week I got no real answer. Cancelled one part of the order and received the other but this is way too many hoops to have to jump though.

If you show something as 'in stock' it needs to be in stock ready to ship. If you realise that something isn't in stock you need to be contacting the buyer as soon as possible, not waiting over a week.

The ordering process was easy, the value for money is excellent and the product arrived swiftly.

Good swimming trunks, price and good fit. It took about 4 days to deliver which is fine.

The Tilley hat was great and good value. The lead time was quite long but within the stated delivery window.

Bought something online, which was important for me on my project. Waited a week... No notes, nothing, so decided to contact myself. Apparently items are out of stock, so they offered refund, which should reach my account in 3 to 5 days. Waste of time. Giving two stars only for quick response through their website chat.

Very happy with my purchase

Ordered a couple of items and noticed that the order status was still "in progress" after 4 days. I contacted their chat and was told that it would be up to 9 days. Its now the 8th day and they still havent received the delivery from the supplier. Although the prices look great on the website the delivery time isnt worth the hassle. If you can wait weeks and weeks for your order it may be worth the risk but my advice would be to avoid and pay the extra from a reliable company.
I have requested to cancel my order. Paying a few pounds more and I can have it delivered the next day.

Edit following response. I contacted your chat on the day and they confirmed that it would be on a 2-3 day standard delivery hence the cancellation.

Whilst the delivery of the item was very prompt, the itme was not as ordered. The picture and title for the product was 26" inner tube, so as this was what I wanted I ordered. I did not notice that in the description of the product, the product was detailed as 27.5". Therefore I did not receive the items taht I thought I was ordering
