Great hiking leggings at a great price
Great hiking leggings at a great price. I liked them so much I ordered a second pair but in a different colour.
Delivery could be a bit quicker, but they did arrive in the time stated.

They lie about the delivery times
They lie about the delivery times. This is especially frustrating for me because I need to find an alternative close to my cycling holidays. So I have to spend a day running around London to find cycling shoes that fit me.

Extremely Slow Delivery – My Holiday Plans Ruined
I placed an order with SportsGB on 24th April, and as of today, there’s still no sign of it. What makes it worse is that I placed another order on the same day with AliExpress, and that item has already arrived all the way from China! Meanwhile, SportsGB — a UK-based company — hasn’t even delivered!
I was really counting on having the items in time for the long weekend, but now my holiday plans are completely ruined. Terribly disappointed with the slow and unreliable service.

Thank you for your feedback and review. We apologise that our services did not meet your expectations. Upon reviewing your order, I noticed that the item you purchased was available with a lead time of 4-9 working days. This means the item needed to be sourced from our supplier. The delivery lead times are clearly displayed below the item on our website and also included in the confirmation emails: Your order is estimated to arrive within 4.0 to 9.0 working days. We provide these lead times to ensure you can make an informed decision before purchasing the product. The 9 working days from the date of purchase is the 6th of May, and the parcel is currently awaiting delivery by Royal Mail. King regards Sportsgb

Quick web transaction, very slow delivery
Not a go to supplier, and I remember why…. As with previous transactions, easy a quick web interface and simple ordering but then a long wait and no comms until delivery. Not really up to today’s standard considering other similar retailers.

Thank you for your feedback and review. We greatly value customer insights as they are instrumental in enhancing our services. We strive to minimise communication with customers prior to the dispatch of their products, focusing only on essential information. The initial communication is an order confirmation email, which allows customers to verify and ensure the accuracy of their order details. If your order has a longer lead time, this information is included in the order confirmation email. The second email serves to notify you that your order has been dispatched, providing carrier and tracking information. Finally, our partner carriers will inform you of the delivery window. In 99.9% of cases, if we have executed our processes effectively, no further communication is necessary. However, should any issues arise with your order, our customer service team will proactively reach out to inform you. Is there any specific aspect of our communication that you feel was lacking, which we could review to improve our processes? Kind regards Outdoorgb

Fast service and item was as expected.
Shoes were a great price and arrived quickly. Fit true to size with a wider toe box than many cycling shoes so comfortable on and off the bike. Sole stayed solidly on the pedals but can still shift foot around as needed. Item as described on website.
