I had researched fire pit burners and…

I had researched fire pit burners and decided on the Warming Trends Crossfire. Warming Trends does not sell direct, so they put me in touch with FirePitsDirect.com, which I had also found on the internet while searching for fire pit burners. My first project was a DIY firepit at my house (42"x42" brick enclosure). I used the Crossfire 500KNG burner and I'm very impressed. FirePitsDirect was very helpful in making sure I had all the parts I needed. This project was so successful, that I ended up deciding to build a custom portable fire pit to take camping. I used a 180KLP Crossfire burner in it. Jon was very knowledgeable as to what we needed for my custom project. I'm now looking at building more of the custom portable fire pits and will defiantly go back to Jon and FirePitsDirect.com for what I need. Great company and great customer service. Thanks again

Excellent Customer Service/Excellent Values

We received a purchase that was damaged in transit. We refused the package and FedEx was supposed to return it to Spotix, unfortunately FedEx redelivered the package without us signing for it.
Spotix was very impressive in getting the issue resolved. Customer Service is among the best we have experienced.
Highly recommend shopping through Spotix.

Packaging and shipping

I received my order damaged and missing parts. Spotix was quick to resend, but the unit was damaged yet again and not all parts were in the box. We will see if after 5 weeks or more of waiting and a third shipment I get all the parts undamaged.

I am disappointed that it took 3-4 months to get my order. It's on it's way. You could've sent me updates but I never heard from you guys. You can do better. I realize the supply chain affected my order but a little communication goes a long way.
