Customer service is outstanding! Could not be more satisfied with the service and assistance I received for a technical issue I was having with my outdoor fireplace. I mistakenly ordered a Viking storage…
I mistakenly ordered a Viking storage drawer that I thought was a warming drawer. All telephone mailboxes were full and no one picked up on a Saturday. It was delivered on a pallet and the shipping box had been opened prior to delivery. I am waiting to see if my email gets a reply.
